#1 here. Sorry to be posting late. I had to go out for work appointments after we came back from the vet's. So, the news is mainly fine but with a little question mark remaining. Yuu-Chan's temperature is normal and he shows no sign of infection, plus he has put on another 100 grammes, and now stands at 3.05 kilos (6.7 pounds) in his pawpads. However, his liver enzymes are still elevated, not at a dangerous level but higher than they should be. So, he is going on another 10-day course of Methionine which we hope will straighten him out. All paws crossed!
Yuu, that is good you have put on some weight, and I know Abyssinians tend to be small and thin cats. Your Vet is checking you carefully, which is very good. Glad there are no clear signs of infection. Now eat up, kiddo!
ReplyDeleteI hope that Yuu-Chan can get his liver enzymes straightened out. Purrs for him.
ReplyDeleteAll good signs and hopefully you will be completely all better in 10 more days!
