Tama-Chan Tuesday - The Rainbow Queen

Rainbow Queen Tama: Once again, many weeks have passed since my last souvenir post. During that time, poor #1 and The Gang have suffered through two horrendous heat waves. I confess I am rather glad that I was no longer there. The weather here at the Bridge is so much better! And I have been busy with new arrivals. The latest was particularly heart-wrenching as it was The Peach Kitty from Summer's blog. He suddenly got very sick and nothing could be done to save him. We are taking good care of him here.

Today's post will be looking at the second half of 2024. I was slowing down a little, but still able to enjoy the sun on my furs

July 2024 - The sun on my furs

I even enjoyed the company of the little pipsqueak Ryū at times:

August 2024 - My birthday month was always a special month, especially that it was also #1's birthday month, as well as Tommy's.

Enjoying a cheese selection on my birthday, August 2nd. It was my Sweet Sixteen!

Special Birthday snuggles with #1!

Still dangling!

There would be the occasional knock from the RB, but I ignored them. I still had stuff to do!

I would get the impression occasionally that I was being watched...

September 2024 - This was a complicated month as #1 went off to the Paralympics and then was sick when she got back, so I had to look after her.

As well as help her with her work:

October 2024 - Things finally went back to normal. I was able to go back to resting in my beddie

Enjoying #1's lap:

Still looking good!

And always loving my #1:

And still dangling. This was my "late style":

November 2024 - The cold weather started to set in

I was still dangling and still supervising.

Exploring dangle variations:

And always by #1's side:

December 2024 - And then winter came, and as Christmas approached, I had so much to be thankful for.

Sometimes, I even hung out with Benny.

My #1 was always at my side:

There was another beautiful Christmas tree in the background:

As the year ended, my cup was full.

Manly Monday With Momo

Momo-Chan: Waves Paws! Hellooooo! Fluff Puff here. Can you believe it's Monday again? We are all so happy that the heatwave is over and we can breathe easy again. So... down to business, let me start with a great video of my bro, Benny The Black, caught at play by #1:

I have continued to enjoy the new cat tree in the kitchen:

Dragon Ryū is glad that #1 has returned to sleeping in the big bed:

And Ollie found a new decorative accessory!

As for The Big V, he would like you to know that he is still as handsome as ever!

Have a good week, eveyone!

Snuggles on Sunday

Benny The Black: Hello everyone, and welcome to our weekly round-up of sweetness. We are all so relieved this last heatwave is over and we can now get back to serious snuggling as things have been a bit complicated recently. I have to say, though that Dragon Ryū, who got a slow start when it came to snuggles, is now well on his way to becoming a Master Snuggler.

Here I am with my bro, Momo, indulging in some hot weather "distance snuggling":

And the same with Momo and Ollie:

To round off this week's snuggles, we have something quite unusual. When #1 was at the horses the other day, a butterfly (called a Comma) took a real shine to Ms. T and snuggled with her repeatedly. It was really lovely to watch!

Wishing you all a pleasant and snuggly Sunday.

Sweet Saturday

Benny The Black: Our heatwave seems to be over for now. Hurrah! #1 found me in my little cup, on the new cat tree, this morning.

Ollie's walks have been more enjoyable:

Dragon Ryū has also been enjoying the new cat tree:

Fluff Puff Momo does like to hang out by the kitchen window!

And The Big V and Violette enjoyed a visit from #1 yesterday!

We wish all our friends a lovely weekend!

Family Friday

Momo-Chan: Fluff Puff reporting to tell you that we had huge thunderstorms last night (none of us are scared, and neither is Ollie). We all sat by the kitchen window as it began to rain.

We got some worrying news about our little Noura yesterday. She had been staying with a lovely foster family in Beirut but had to return to the Animals Lebanon cattery when they left for the summer. And then, disaster struck. An epidemic of parvo ran through the kitten room. It was caught early, and Noura seems to have made it through fine, but the poor baby is now stuck in a cage.

Thankful Thursday

Benny The Black: I am thankful that I can help #1 with her work, just like Queen Tama used to do.
