Soggy SEIturday

Sei-Chan:
Does it feel as though it has been AGES since the last SEIturday? Well it has! A whole month, in fact! I am so relieved to finally reclaim my rightful place in the scheme of things!

The weather has been appalling all week and the rain is still pelting down, accompanied by high winds. To be honest, there is only one activity worth considering:

I have, however, been a pretty busy girl. First I had to help #1 unpack and, believe me, she had LOTS of stuff to unpack!

Then, I had to help Ms. P to pack and I think she had just as much stuff. She went on a mega-shopping spree in Brittany!

Ms. spent yesterday evening packing so I sat there and supervised:

We were very sad to see Ms. P leave this morning but she said she had to go back to spend Thanksgiving with her family. She has, however, promised to come back again soon. Hurray!

And so, dear friends, this has been my week, with of course the usual #1 supervising duties. I keep looking at her to make absolutely sure she is back!

  9. Sei-chan, we adore that last photo of you, staring at #1 to make sure she is really home! We didn't realize your house-sitters were still with you all this week. We're sure you are all happy to have things back to normal this weekend. Happy napping while the rain pelts your windows.

  11. You must have benn getting the same weather as we are. As a bicycle owner mom is gutted. You had an eventful week, Sei, and we're glad you liked the housesitter.

  12. Lots of unpacking and then packing: everybody likes to shop when they visit the OTHER country! But this is plenty of fun for kitties to supervise. I hope your weather gets nicer soon.

  15. You know, I like the packing and unpacking part of humans' trips. I just don't like the leaving part.
