Flying Ears Friday!

Tom: Greetings everyone! It has been quite a week at this end. Two of #1's dearest friends were here all week. They were celebrating being friends for 35 years! One came from Canada and the other from England. They made a huge fuss over me and the kitties. I got lots of extra cuddles and playtime, and it was all just too wonderful! I was sad to see them go this morning, but I went all the way to the train station in Le Mans to see them off!

I have a couple of good Flying Ears shots for you:

But today, I would like to also offer up something different: my flying ears at rest! One of our guests took this photo which #1 likes a lot:

Needless to say, I am happy to share the Friday post with my sisters and brother. So, first we have Tama-Chan getting ready for Halloween:

We had missed out on such much news - it was lovely to catch up and see what's been happening. That 'professional boyfriend' looked very handsome!! Hope all goes according to plan!

  8. You have gorgeous ears Tommy! It doesn't matter whether they are resting or flying. Long eared dogs rule! Sounds like you had a great visit with #1's friends. Maybe they will come back and spoil you some more.

    Your friend,
    Niamh

  9. Being friends for 35 years is a wonderful reason to celebrate. And Tommy, mom says she would have to restrain herself from combing through that delicious ear silk with her fingers all the time. Wonderful pictures you all of you! Be sure to come by tomorrow and celebrate our first blogoversary with us.

  13. If flying ears are at rest then are they really flying? The Mango must ponder this.

  15. Tom looks like he might take flight in the second "flying ear" photo! How fun to have a visit from two good friends. I know I've missed a lot in the past few months -- is Yuu-chan new to the family? Thank you for stopping by and for your kind words.

  16. You live near LeMans? Mum is reading a book about Ferrari, Ford and that long race there from the 1960's.

  17. I suppose those ears of yours need a rest now and then. They sure look lickable...tee hee. I like to wash my Grete's ears...do you get a kitty wash too?
