Softly Does It SEIturday

Sei-Chan:
Come closer, Dear Friends, as I should not speak too loudly. I think it would be best if #1 did not hear me, you see. This is terrible, but you know that I feel a great sense of responsibility towards her, and circumstances make me think that, well...., we might really need to consider an "intervention."

I mean, look at the state of her desk!

There is NO ROOM for a pussycat to even walk on!

After I looked at her most severely, she did clear enough room for me to sit on the Boogie Mat:

... But the situation remains far from perfect!

I think I may need to take a nap to consider my options...

In other news, we are pleased to announce that #1 did take both our SECRET PAWS and PROJEKT WICHTLEN packages to the post office this morning! At least she hasn't lost it altogether!

  1. At least you still HAVE a boogie mat, Sei-Chan. Ours was tossed a few years ago! And NOT by any of us! srsly.

  2. Oh dear perhaps she is beginning is have signs of hoarding papers? We have been watching that hoarding show alot because Mom like the psycological aspect of why people hoard. Does #1 have a room filled with papers too?

  4. #1's desk looks better than Mum's at the moment - even she can't find anything!! Our Mum is not so in the ball as #1 - she has got the things for our Secret Paws but she hasn't packaged them yet or done cards or even (whispers) more importantly got us anything yet.

  5. Oh MY! You will all have to schedule an intervention. I bet Vidock can help. One swish of his tail and good bye to the clutter! (But then, you would have to negotiate it on the floor, so maybe Vidock can just help think of things that might be done intsead.)

  6. Yes, Sei-Chan, something does need to be done about that desk clutter. We find as it gets close to Christmas, the clutter problems here get worse as well. But we know humans are imperfect creatures so we give them a little slack Not much, though.

  7. #1 is doing way better than my mom...we have to send her out with a shopping list to shop for our Secret Paw. We will hang our furry little heads in shame if she doesn't mail the package on Monday.

We remember the awesome Secret Paw package you sent us last year...still makes us purr thinking about it.

  8. Oh Sei-cha, we think a nap is the best thing in the world! #1's desk looks like our kitchen sink! Yes, that is a bad image and we apologize for sharing it!

  9. Wow, Sei, #1's desk looks just like my human's... but neater! I think she would have to set off a bomb to fit a boogie mat here.

  10. Our human's desk is almost as bad! I can't believe they let things get so out of paw.

  11. We think an intervention is certainly in order! We're on our way...Salem will launch the papers to the floor, where Felix will chew them to shreds. Maui will console you, and the rest of us? We're just gonna run around and cause general mayhem. Might as well have the whole house match the desk!

  12. Hmmm. Mom's desk is similar and we don't have a cat. Do you think it's a Mom thing? Maybe a disease we can cure somehow? I will ponder this and send snuffles to help you.

  13. Would you like us to speak to her about it? We have very strong feelings about having enough desk space to occupy!

  14. Mom says these are very busy days for all humans and we need to be patient with them. We are trying, but it isn't always easy.

We love your Christmas Countdown thingie.

  17. Sei, my trick is to start playing with all these papers, like bunnykicking or diving into them. That usually gets mom to work on them. But the easy does ist approach sounds good too...

  19. Wowser...no room for you to even walk? I think you need to help her out for sure. Maybe just start shredding some stuff. :)
