We are thankful that we have Mr. G to look after us when #1 is away!
By the way, Tora-Chan, who was featured in yesterday's post, is a boy! Tora means Tiger!

Ollie: Woofs Everyone! Ollie here! #1 has been working hard at her steward training course and I have been enjoying spending time over at Mr. G's. I wanted to share several pictures that he took of me with Tora-Chan, who is our Queen Tama's cousin:
We do apologise for our lack of commenting and want to say a big thank you to all of you who have continued leaving us comments!
Tama-Chan: Hello, Dear Friends, and welcome to my weekly dedicated post. Mr. G is looking after us very well, but you know me. I love my #1 and I don't like when she is gone. I can't wait for her to get back. She spoils me in all sorts of small ways, you know...
For example, when she comes down in the morning, she always brings me some treats!
Vidock: Neeeeiiighs, EveryFriend! The Big V at your service! Or rather #1 at my service! It is spring and we horses are shedding our woolly winter coats. So, #1 gave me some serious brushies the other day!
Tama-Chan: Greetings, Dear Friends, and welcome to our SoS post, which is also a bit of an SOS post! You see, #1 is abandoning us for more than one night for the first time since she returned from Japan in early September. You might say that we have done quite well, keeping her close to home for almost seven months, but still... She is leaving us for eight whole nights! Why, you may ask? Well, she is driving up to Deauville, on the coast of Normandy, this afternoon, and Monday through Wednesday, she will be taking a course to become an FEI steward in para-dressage. This is a direction she decided on when she was at the Paralympics in Tokyo, and she is pretty thrilled to be getting close. Once that is over, she will be working the same magic as she did in Tokyo (she hopes) prior to and during the big international para-dressage competition there (April 1 to 3). Many of the wonderful people she met in Tokyo will be there, and she is so excited to see them and their horses again! So, I guess we'll forgive her, especially that Mr. G will be looking after us.
So, there will probably not be an SOS post next Sunday, and we have to make up for that in advance today! Firstly, here I am giving #1 some loving on the sofa:
And again:
Here is Benny, giving #1 her morning kisses in bed:
As for this one of the two boys snuggled up in bed in the morning, good luck in figuring out where Ollie stops and Benny starts!
Rainbow Sei: #1 has been having a problem with the Photos library containing her photos prior to 2016. Mr. G upgraded her OS to High Sierra (Yes, it's still ancient, but so is her MacBook Pro) and Photos now goes into an endless "repairing library" loop instead of loading the library. If anyone has any advice, please let us know! In the interim, she has been able to extract some pre-2016 photos from the Masters files but it is a laborious process, and she hasn't been able to be too choosy.
Let me start with one of Ikkyu, the one who started it all, and a nice pic of him in a sunpuddle:
Ollie: When #1 saw me and Benny like this yesterday, she decided that we would do a family Friday post today!
The two of us spend a lot of time together:
Benny: After a long, long time of the flap to the cat run being permanently closed, it opened again! I was so excited, and quickly leapt into the run, with #1 hot on my heels.
I staked out the run, and padded over to my exit spot.
Ollie: Woofs, Everyone! Ollie here! It has been a very fun week for me and I am excited to tell you about it. The most exciting thing is that #1 is letting me run freely around the garden again! I guess she did a good job of securing the fencing because I haven't escaped yet! I have had the bestest time stretching my legs!
