Ollie: After a long dry spell, we are getting a little rain, so I am not spending as much time outside. But I had some fun romps in the fields with #1 earlier in the week. You can see just how dry it has been.
So, #1 is off tomorrow morning, for her three days at the French Percheron Championships. She is grateful that the event is happening at all, given that so many things have been canceled all over the world. But she says she will have to wear a mask the whole time, and social distance. She is also taking plenty of hand sanitiser with her! As for us, we are awaiting the arrival of Mr. G!
My human is envious of #1! She hasn't been to any events since this thing started.

Ollie, it does look dry there! We have had such a wet and cold summer this year. Apart from early on, every time a mini heatwave was forecast it forgot about us in the Southwest.
