Da Beebs: We are running short of photos so this is all I have to share with you myself, one of my regular "dryer shots." We are very thankful that #1 will be back with us this evening. We hope her train will be on time!
#1 says she is very thankful that her work assignment went extremely well. The people she was working with were so nice that they took her out for lovely lunches both days and, yesterday, they took her to the The Olympic Museum which is located in Lausanne (which is the headquarters of the IOC)! She was very excited to see that this is where the Olympic Flame burns permanently:
They had lunch at the café there which she thought had a great name!
Hey Bibi, we always like seeing any pictures of you and your siblings :)
ReplyDeleteGood to hear #1 is happy with her work and that she will be home soon!

ReplyDeleteoh that is a special moment to see this flame... and we are with you, the dryer is the best place with this constant rain LOL
ReplyDeleteWow, I didn't know that the olympic flame burned all the time!
ReplyDeleteHooray for the homecoming! That is so cool to see the real Olympic flame!
ReplyDeleteWe're glad to hear #1's trip went so well and hope she arrives home on time. You are so cute sitting on the warm laundry Bibi.
ReplyDeleteIt's a reminder that Tommy is always watching over you. Travel safely.
ReplyDeleteSo much fun for #1!!!! We bet that cafe name made her smile a lot.

We have a dryer in our home too. Never thought to climb inside to investigate, but now that we've seen how happy you are...we're going to try it too. Saw your meowmy over on the Swiss Cat's blog. Nice to meet mew.
ReplyDeleteDo you know that we do NOT have a washer and dryer in our home? Nope, The Hubby goes to the laundromat every other week, and washes everything in an hour and a half! I like that the Olympic flame burns permanently.
ReplyDeleteI hope #1 is safely back home with you all again. The name of the café was perfect for her visit.
