#1 here. I went to see my Beebs yesterday afternoon, and spent quite a bit of time with him. I also had a chance to talk with DR. C at length. One of the things she said was that Beebs was an incredible fighter, with an amazing will to live. Even though his stats are so poor, he is chirpy, purring and eating up a storm, ie .he is not behaving like a sick cat. Now we are fully aware that all of this could be strictly due to the drip that he is on, but the decision we have taken is that, as long as Beebs fights on, and has the will to eat and the ability to eliminate, we will give him every support and chance to turn things around.
Yesterday, we put a collar and lead on him, and I carried his drip bag as he went exploring the room that his living quarters are in. He seemed to be having a pretty good time:
Today, is the weather is OK, I shall put on his Puppia harness and we will go for a little walk outside.
At this stage, we may still be heading towards a tragic end, but we have decided that Beebs will enjoy all the great food, cuddles, and exploring he would like whilst he is well enough to do so. Thank you all for your kindness and support. We will update when we can.
Good for you Bibi, fight on pal, we're all here purring for you and cheering you on.
