Tama-Chan: Today, we are celebrating... sort of... You see, #1 lost her footing on the stairs yesterday morning and fell awkwardly, and her left leg ended up at a strange angle. It's not terrible. She thinks she has a couple of light sprains, and she is certainly used to dealing with such issues, but still. We feel bad for her. Thank goodness, she does not have to go back to Orléans today. Now THAT is definitely something to celebrate!
So, yesterday afternoon, we were hanging out on the sofa and I thought I would give her a treat.
#1 says she probably won't be going anywhere much over the next few days, so lots more to look forward to!
Those are cute photos and videos, Tama. I am glad #1 didn't badly hurt herself and hope she soon recovers. I swear by Arnica gel for sprains and bruises, but it has to be the big jar for horses. Much more effective than the human version.
ReplyDeleteas each photo came up on the screen I could feel the healing vibes. I hope they were aimed at her ankles and legs. I am glad I don't have stairs in our house and prayers for quick healing going up... you are absolutely Adorable Tama
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon, #1. Falls are so scary. Linda
ReplyDeleteTama-Chan you are in charge of #1's care and rehab. We are glad it was not a break and hope it heals quickly.
ReplyDeleteYIKES! Poor #1 - we hope she'll heal swiftly - and thank dog no trip to Orleans -

PeeEssWoo: Hi Ollie - please do take good care of #1
Glad #1 wasn't seriously hurt and recovers quickly. On the other hand...what a fabulous opportunity for all kitties and Ollie to nurse her back to health and get in lots of snuggles!
ReplyDeleteOh noes! Please be super careful #1, falling is not a good thing, especially older ladies like mum. Lots of purrs and you all can take turns putting healing purrs on her.
ReplyDeleteWe're sorry to hear about #1's tumble and have our paws crossed that she feels better soon. You sure look adorable hanging out in your bed and doing some excellent upward dangles, Tama-Chan.
ReplyDeleteYikes! Good thing #1 is OK!
ReplyDeleteShe is lucky, too, to have you looking after her.
Hopefully, there will be no more accidents and lots more cuddles!!!!!!
