Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: As Mr. G and Ms. N came to tea again a few days ago, we have another nice line-up of pics taken by him for you.

Here I am with my #1:

He just about managed to get one of her with little Ryū:

Photos with Momo are always a challenge but he managed that too!

Ollie was a lot easier to deal with!

And in case you were wondering, here are Ollie and Momo!

Mr. G had taken so many photos of #1 and Benny last time around that he didn't this time, so here is one from that last shoot:

And #1 got a shot of Benny giving Mr. G a good licking:

Snuggle away, everyone!

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: Hello Everyone and greetings from all of us at The Bridge. I am pleased to say that we have another complete post for you this week. Oh, and #1's ankle and knee are all better following that fall on Monday. It turned out to be a much lesser injury than she initially feared.

So, here are our Rainbow Gang pics for this week:

Let's kick off with one of Sen-Chan from 2008:

Beautiful mama Hôtesse, also in 2008:

Adorable Yuu-Chan, in 2009:

Me, looking quite inquisitive in 2015:

Trav, also in 2015:

Da Beebs, looking so Beebsy in 2015:

Always happy Tommy, glowing in 2015:

Adorable Genji, in 2016:

And going way back in time, to 1992 and Ikkyu as a kitten!

We wish you a nice weekend! #1 will be away at some horsey thing from noon today to non tomorrow, but Mr. G will be here!

Vidock Vendredi

The Big V: Neighs, EveryFriend! It's me again! I hope you don't mind me monopolising the equine end of things recently, but I did mention last week that I would have lots of photos to share with you from a busy week, so here I am.

So... I started with the dentist. This was a new dentist for me, my first time seeing a lady dentist. I must say she was very nice. She said it showed that I had had proper dental care all my life!

And then yesterday, I had my grooming! Instead of being done by hand over a period of time, as you have seen with Violette, I got done all at once using electric clippers, so I would be fit to work without getting too hot!

And look at this! I got a special heart on my bum!!!

It's hard work being healthy and handsome!!!

Thankful Thursday - MOMO'S SECOND BIRTHDAY!

#1 here. I can hardly believe that we are already celebrating Momo-Chan's second birthday. It seems like yesterday when this little snow-white ball arrived at home, aged three months. He was the first white cat and also the first long-haired cat to join the Poupounette Gang. He has fitted in so well with everyone here ,and we are just thrilled that he is part of our family!

This is the first time that #1 saw him:

He came home on June 16th, 2022, and initially spent time in the quarantine suite (aka the guest bathroom).

But he was out of there pretty quickly and learned to appreciate window whiffies:

Benny very quickly took him under his paw:

And the two have remained the best of friends:

He was drop-dead gorgeous from a very young age!

Here he is, just a few days before his first birthday:

He is every photographer's dream, and Mr. G has taken some amazing photos of him. These are from May 2022:

He got an unexpected gift when his new little brother Ryū-Chan arrived in July last year.

He taught Ryū-Chan everything he knew.

And the three brothers quickly became inseparable.

Even Queen Tama is tolerant of this gentle soul.

But the great love story of Momo's life is his woofie, Ollie:

We all love sharing our life with this beautiful, gentle soul and are thankful for all the happiness he brings us. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOMOTARŌ, and may you fill our lives with joy for many years to come!

Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: Today, we are celebrating... sort of... You see, #1 lost her footing on the stairs yesterday morning and fell awkwardly, and her left leg ended up at a strange angle. It's not terrible. She thinks she has a couple of light sprains, and she is certainly used to dealing with such issues, but still. We feel bad for her. Thank goodness, she does not have to go back to Orléans today. Now THAT is definitely something to celebrate!

So, yesterday afternoon, we were hanging out on the sofa and I thought I would give her a treat.

I even got some lovely tummy brushies!

And she managed to capture this cute video of me!

#1 says she probably won't be going anywhere much over the next few days, so lots more to look forward to!
