Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: Tra La La LAaaa Miow! Well, Dear Friends, there was an address to the people of France by President Macron last night and he announced that our period of strict confinement would be extended by another 4 weeks. That is 4 more weeks of #1 being home and catering to our every need! I know she is sad at not being able to go and see the Vs and Hs, but we are very pleased!

With the weather turning nicer and warmer, I have been enjoying some lovely window whiffies:

And of course, I have been keeping #1 company and providing moral support:

She and young Ollie have actually been spending a lot of time in the garden. We have two cherry trees, a white one and a pink one. My Beebs and my Tommy are buried under the pink cherry tree which is now in full bloom, and I thought I would share some photos with you:

  2. Our stay at home order got extended too. I'm sad about that, but it's necessary.

  3. It is the only decision. Relax things too early and we will be back to square one or worse.
It is hard to not be able to do the things you are used to, but these times will pass.
    The cherry blossom is beautiful.

  4. With those lovely green eyes staring at her, #1 will be fine! Though we do understand her missing the rest of the family! Lovely photos of the blossoms.
It is still quite white around our house...and it isn't blossoms! Cuddles from The Island Chans

  6. We are inside until the end of April, at least.
Our plants and trees only have buds right now; hopefully, actual blossoms are not too far away, like yours!

  7. It looks like you are having beautiful weather right now. We're glad to hear #1 must stay home to cater to your every whim. Sorry to hear she can't visit the largest members of your family.

  9. Oh, those trees are just so beautiful!!!

We are waiting to hear about extensions here too. The way things are going, it looks like it is going to be a long time before we get back to normal, if ever.

  10. Yup, ours is on at least till the end of the month, and then who knows...by then *her* hairs will be like Rapunzel, MOL!

Beautiful cherry blossoms. Our weeping cherry is about to bloom, but best to have it hang on for a bit, its -1C here right now...and we even had snow. Yikes!

  12. Right decisions must be very hard to take for presidents in all countries. Our semi-lockdown is going to be carefully unlocked in some areas (hairdressers and estheticians, healthcare, DIY shops and garden centers) on April, 27th. If everything goes well, schools will reopen on May, 11th. If everything goes well, libraries, zoos, gyms, movies, ... will eventually reopen on June, 8th. Wait and see... Purrs
