SEITURDAY!

Sei-Chan:
This week has gone by really quickly, what will all the excitement of Mango Minster 2011, #1 running around doing horse stuff, and definite signs of spring in the air and on the ground!

#1 has taken to calling the three of us kitties "The Diva, The Brat, and The Peace-Maker." Can you guess which one I am? If not, take a look at this photo:

I am always working to make sure that things don't get out of hand between Mama-Tama and The Beebs. To be honest, they are as bad as each other in terms of provoking arguments... Anyway, I do have to congratulate them both on Bibi's equal first placement in the Readers' Choice category for "Kittehs" in MM 2011. We are all very proud of him!

As for my big sister Tama, she is a lot more tolerant of me than of her son, and was even willing to share in playing with the Neko Kick!

I do try to stay out of trouble. My favourite spot downstairs is the back of the sofa, from where I can supervise what is going on both in the garden and the living room!

Oh, and one important piece of news: Fernant is home!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend!

  2. Congrats to Bibi-Chan on his excellent result at Mango Minster 2011 - we thought he would do well.
Sei-Chan - you have picked a great spot for seeing what is going on both inside and outside without having to move - good thinking.
Tama-Chan remember that mancats in training are going through those difficult "teenage ways" so just ignore Bibi when he starts being silly!!
Tommy - we think you are amazing for putting up with all those "kitty tantrums".

  3. Sei-chan, in that particular photo, it's hard to decide which, so I'm going with both Diva and Peacemaker. I'm sure glad Fernand is home. I hope he's on the road to hearty health! It's so hard to believe it's been a whole year since Young Tora-Chan was growing up in the back room!

  6. We think there is room in your kitty world for two divas, so we think you probably serve the role of both diva and peace maker.

We all like to find the perfect spot in the house to watch all of what is going on inside and outside too, but sometimes we have to just concentrate on one or the other.

Woo Hoo on the news about Fernant - he is just adorable - looks like he is enjoying some fun wit a whale or a dolphin.

  9. Sei-Chan, the photo of you on the sofa with an ear in each direction: are you listening for trouble? It must be tiring settling spats. You deserve a good long nap. It IS your day after all!

  10. Well, you look like a Diva, but I'm certain from your words you are the peacemaker! So good of you to keep everyone settled!
I see that you have a added a new addition -- a Percheron colt! So exciting! Do you have a barn and pasture at home or is Vidock boarded? I'll have to look at older posts so I can get up to date. Looking forwarding to visiting regularly again!

  12. Yay that Fernand is home! What a very special pup! Mom saw a yellow lab pup at the pet food store today (4 months old and he belongs to one of the employees there) and he reminded mom of Fernand.

We are just catching up...so much cuteness at your house! Grete is in awe of Tommy's ears as always.

  17. You are so adorable Sei-Chan. Your beautiful face and darling expressions just captivate us. You must be the peace maker. You radiate a sense of calmness and peace. Very zen like. We think Sei-turday is our most favorite day.
Congratulation to Bibi. He has a winning smile any way you look at it. When we saw #1 making flying ears with Tommy yesterday, it was the first time we noticed Tom's ears are curly just like #1. Like mum like son. Your #1's weekend has been filled with love, first seeing and being cuddled byTora-Chan and now having wonderful Fernand home. You really are blesses my friends.
    We are jealous.

  21. Blessed are the peacemakers.

Congratulations to Bibi-Chan on his tie for Readers' Choice in Mango Minster! A well deserved win in a talented field.

What a wonderful story about Fernand. He sure had a full time guardian angel on his shoulder! We wish him a long and happy life with his new family. As for the breeder, an old Italian curse springs to mind: may the rats eat him.
