Tama-Chan: We have something a little different for you this week. Normally, we spend our Sundays here at Poupounette Central besnuggled, but today, we are befuddled! Yesterday, the man in the yellow van (La Poste does its rural deliveries in little mustard yellow vans) brought a parcel. It had La Poste tape on it so we don't know if it had torn or been inspected, but it has no return address on it and no card inside! The only thing we know is that it said "Secret Santa" on it and the postmark indicates that it comes from around Gloucester in the UK. Could this be our Secret Paws parcel? If so, we would really love to know who sent it!
In the meantime, we did open it (#1 said it was so that we could try to elucidate the mystery...) and we are a bunch of very happy kitties. Tommy, however, is sulking, having established that there was nothing there for him...
Genji was the first to check things out:
Although Sei-Chan was also on the scene pretty quickly!
Sleepyhead Bibi asked for bed delivery!
But he did eventually get up to take a closer look!
There was lots of great stuff in there...
... including a play cube, and tunnel, and crinkly balls and lots of mousies and whappy toys. THANKS!
I was of course supervising the unwrapping from above:
So, Dear Friends, we eagerly await to find out who our "Secret Santa" is!
To "wrap up" our Sunday post, we would like to show you the illustration from the December page of one of our Japanese calendars:
The caption says "If we all get together, even a little strength becomes great"! We love that thought!
