HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TAMA-CHAN

 

Today, we celebrate the birthday of our Queen, Tama-Chan. She is also our memory keeper as she has met every single Gang member, with the exception of Ikkyu and Trav. She is our Queen but also our joy, and we treasure her as she reaches her 15th birthday. Here are a few photos to chronicle her life so far.

She was the cutest baby ever when #1 first met her in September 2008:

She very quickly fell in love with Sen-Chan who took her under his paws:

When Sen-Chan left us far too early, it was Tommy who raised her:

She grew into a beautiful girl and gained a lovely sister in Sei-Chan:

When she was about 15 months old, she had a little assignation with a handsome boy called Boukhara:

And four gorgeous kittens (three boys and one girl) were born in December 2009:

Beautiful Tama became even more beautiful with each passing year:

And Tommy remained the great love of her life:

She has always had the most beautiful eyes:

She has always treasured her beauty sleep:

Even though there was such loss in our family in 2018 and 2019, our Queen Tama remained a shining light:

She learned to relax more and took up dangling as a hobby:

And she became more and more affectionate:

Today, Queen Tama's subjects include three boisterous boys, Benny, Momo and Ryū plus woofie Ollie. She rules over them in a benign but strict fashion. She is treasured by her #1 who tries to meet her every need and wish, and above all, herself wishes that her beautiful girl will continue to thrive for many years to come.
