Tama-Chan: I have to say, Dear Friends, that the coming week is not looking great. #1 has to go to Paris on Monday to see her ophthalmic surgeon for yet another check-up. There has been a garbage strike in Paris, so she is not looking forward to that... She will also keep a close eye on her phone! Then she leaves again on Wednesday (it was supposed to be on Thursday but there is a national general strike on Thursday) to fly to Slovakia where she is stewarding at an international para-dressage competition. So, she will be with us on Monday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday morning, that's all! Mr.. G will of course be taking wonderful care of us but you know how I hate it when #1 goes away...

Even though #1 went to see the horses twice this past week, the weather wasn't great and she didn't get any snuggle pics. The Big V, however, insisted on sending all of you a smooch:

DeleteI hope the ophthalmic check up goes well. Get all those snuggles in before #1 leaves you again. It will be lovely for her to meet up with friends again at the para dressage show.

Oh dear, that's quite a lot of traveling for #1. And the strikes! Goodness me. Looks like all y'all can find your snuggles almost anywhere with anyone, no? Nice to meet everyone and learn about you, and safe travels for #1!
