Violette: Pretty Neighs, Everyone! I have some fun news and fun photos share with you this week! Remember how my sis, Heloise, came second in the 3-year old draft mare category of the virtual show run by Heritage Livestock Canada? Well, they decided to run some more virtual shows and, last week, they had a selfie show. #1 entered all of us and I came third in the Draft Horse category!!!!! First and second place went to Suffolk Punch horses, so I was the top-ranked Percheron!!! Here is the photo:
I told you last week that I am now in the same field as my Mama and my sis. When #1 came to visit me last, this is what she saw!
I was lying down, and my Mama, Hotesse, was watching over me!
I am really enjoying being with my Mama and my sis again! Right now, I have a bit of an abscess growing in my foot, so I am limping. We have to wait until it is ready before asking a farrier to lance it. In the meantime, I have my Mama to care for me.
The Big V: Hey! How come I haven't won anything yet? Everyone knows I'm the most handsome!
