Tom: Woofs, Everyone. Tommy here! I have been so touched by the outpouring of kind words on this blog and also on FaceBook. You are such great buddies, one and all. The cone stinks. No doubt about it. And in principle, it's supposed to stay on until my stitches come out on Monday, September 30th. However, #1 takes it off when I have my meals and then it stays off as I have a romp outside.
Come on, #1! Throw something for me to catch!
Happy Boy!
Thanks, #1!
Vidock: Even though she is still quite gimpy (not much progress the last few days, sigh...) #1 decided I needed a good brushing yesterday:
She said I was beginning to get dreadlocks, so my mane took a long time!
Genji: I was so happy when #1 took the cone off Tommy because it meant we could play bitey-face!!!
In other news, #1 has been taking more ultra-close-ups of me...
I also kept her company the other evening as she watched "The Wonder of Dogs" although I am not sure why it wasn't about cats.
Da Beebs: I happen to think it's very manly to nap!
And even manlier to nap in your #1's bed!
Wishing you all a great week!
Oh so nice to see such wonderful Manliness :)
ReplyDeleteMom is trying to brush Treasure as he is developing dreadlocks too. He does not want Mom to take them out, heehee

Such manliness! We're glad to see that Tommy gets supervised breaks from the cone. It must feel good to have the cone removed after wearing it all day.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the manliness here. Always have. Snuggles and lovins to you.
ReplyDeleteWe bet that cone makes you all itchy where it rests on your neck Tom. We're glad #1 is letting you cheat a little bit and taking it off when she can watch you.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Beebs, frankly, I'm with YOU, buddy!
ReplyDeletePurrz!
Selina
that is a lot of manliness. glad you are getting some coneless time Tommy.
ReplyDeleteI love your big smile, Tommy! It's great you can have your cone off longer. Gen-Chan, you looks super handsome in your ultra-closeup photo!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday xoxo
Tommy, you look so overjoyed to have that cone off - and I don't blame you! It must be a bummer to have to put it on. Well, only a few more days, right?
ReplyDeleteOh Tommy, we were so sorry to hear about your injury again. You be careful okay? And hello Beebs! You are looking good. As are you Vidock. I cannot believe I appear to have missed Snuggles on Sunday. Whatever shall I do with my worthless human?
ReplyDeleteConelessness is good, Tommy, as ong as you are good! As always, hoping you heal up perfectly this time!
ReplyDeleteSmoochies to all!
Courage.
You show a big smile with the cone off, Tommy ! Continue to be a good boy ! Manly purrs to everyone, furry pals !
ReplyDeleteYou boys have all been busy. We are glad that you get out of the dreaded cone for meals and play Tommy.
ReplyDeleteTake care of your self.
Your friends,
Niamh & Ambrose
Hang in there Tommy. No cone is good
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Tommy! I was so hoping you were getting some breaks from wearing that cone! Good for #1 for busting you out and even though it means keeping a close eye on you! I am so glad you are being a good boy!
ReplyDeleteAnd Vidock! Dread locks! Wow! Hey, your tail is certainly long and beautiful! I am glad you could get your brushing but sorry to hear there isn't much progress for #1's knee... keep healing!
