Violette: Pretty Neighs Everyone! I hope you have had a lovely week and will have an even lovelier weekend. I have been very, very busy, although The Big V and I are still waiting for our mani/pedi and new shoes.
As I can't do anything much due to the shoe situation, Mr. L thought he would see how I reacted to having a proper work collar on:
Maybe I should explain that, in French, "collier" also means "necklace" and all girls love necklaces, right?
Yep, I took it all "in my stride"!
Then, yesterday, a nice young man came over and pushed and pulled and prodded me in all directions. He is called an osteopath. #1 said it would be good to check me over and see if I had anything a little pinched or out of alignment.
He was very friendly right from the start!
His hands felt great on my back!
But YIKES! Look what he did to my hind legs!
I did feel great afterwards, and he admired my trot and said I was beautiful!
Vidock: No Osteo-Guy for me! I am just perfect, apparently! Well, for the moment, anyway... But I did get another visit from Dr. R!
Ms. C put on my head collar for the occasion:
I played it cool as Dr. R was preparing whatever it was...
It was one of those stabby thingies!
I was of course a very good boy. And in case you were wondering, he came twice this year because both Violette and I got vaccinations for rhino-pneumonitis too this year, in addition to the usual equine flu and tetanus. So we needed the initial shot, followed by a booster a month later.
Your favourite stud over and out!
Lovely necklace Violette!
ReplyDeleteWe bet it felt good having that nice looking man work all over your body too ;)
Vidock, you are SO handsome. Good that you are protected even if you had to have the stabby thing!

It's great to see both of you! Better to have your shots and be stabbed with a need than to get sick. We knew both of you would behave well.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Pee Ess - about that "necklace": maybe #1 could get you a purple one!
Love seeing how marvelous you both are doing since becoming members of Le Poupounette!!
ReplyDeleteYou two just make my day shine, V's!! And mommy still says the osteopath is handsome!
ReplyDeleteyou both are so gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteYou certainly had a lot of visitors this week. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love Fridays with Violette and Vidock!

You are both so good and getting stabbed is so better than being sick. That work out from the doctor looed so good. Have a great weekend. Hugs GJ x
ReplyDeleteNow you are both prepped and ready for action!! :p
ReplyDeletethe critters in the cottage xo

ReplyDeleteBoth of you are just so stunning! It is a pleasure to see you every Friday.
ReplyDeleteViolette and Vidock, we always love seeing you two! So you hafta get the stabby thing too!
