Toysday!

Bibi-Chan:
Hi there. Beebs here! Did you miss me? Remember that I had my first birthday when #1 was far, far away, so she was unable to shower me with presents? Well, when she came back from Japan, carrying all kinds of stuff she had bought for us, plus some great gifts from the Tokyo Abys and Ms. S, she allowed me to have first pick! I could have anything I wanted as my very own birthday present!

Believe me, even though there was a lot of cool stuff there, it was an easy choice! There was this amazing handmade yellow mousie with a red collar and a humongous furry tail!

Once I got it out of the bag, I played, and played and PLAYED!!!

In fact, I got so excited at one point that I also grabbed Tommy's toy!!!

#1 put everything out on the bed so we could see:

Tommy got that multi-coloured stuffie and a Frisbee that flashes different colours as it spins (perfect for dark winter days!), plus some Japanese treats. We got lots of different mousies, feather toys, treats and some Japanese "Matatabi" (their version of catnip). And guess what? #1 says there is more stuff coming in the packages she mailed from Tokyo! WooHoo!!!!!

  20. OMC! Mom just found a Santa Paws gift on our porch! She brought it in and Grete confirmed...it's from you!!!! woo hoo!

It's under the tree right now but mom won't let us open it until Christmas, but she promises to take lots of pictures of the package and us sniffing it for now. We can hardly wait to get our paws on it. We think it's super exciting that it came all the way from Japan. How cool is that?

  25. How lovely and thoughtful of #1 ( Welcome home #1) to allow you to choose your very own birthday gift! How many of us kitties get to do that! And a fine choice you made! Tommy's toys sound great too. All of Tommy will be flying, four feet up along with ears, as he chases that amazing frisbee through the early morning sky. What an wonderful photo that will make. Were there any tasty horse treats from Japan for Vidock?
Now that #1 is home with her loving family, the Christmas fun can begin!
    Our love to all.
