#1 here again. One week after the Thankful Thursday post featuring Hotesse, I would like to do another featuring her beautiful daughter, Violette.
Some of you may remember that Violette came to me when she was almost three years old, after spending an entire winter in the field next to my house, alone and with no hay. Initially, my thought had been to buy her and sell her on, but I fell in love and she will always be with me.
She always seems to know when I am coming and will often be at the barrier, even when the rest of the herd is at the far end of the field.
I love to spoil her!
She will always be my very special little girl!
that's for sure... she is your girl...
ReplyDeleteViolette is such a sweetheart! <3
ReplyDeleteViolette is a sweetie and so lucky that you rescued her :) Now she is cared for and loved and it shows as she looks happy and healthy :)

We know she is your special girl but have to question the "little" part. BOL! Even though she had to endure some tough times in the beginning she was lucky it was right next to your house.
ReplyDeleteViolette is such a pretty girl and we alway love seeing that sweetie!
ReplyDeleteViolette is a beauty, and she knows that you are so good to her and treat her so very well. Animals have a way of knowing and understanding kindness and love.

It is no wonder the two of you have such a deep bond !
ReplyDeleteViolette is a beauty and you are lucky to have her. :)
ReplyDeleteI am so very glad you were able to rescue Violette and give her a wonderful home. She IS lovely!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet love story :)))
