Manly Monday

Genji: #1 tells me this is the last day of August. What's August? Should I be concerned? My only concern, in fact, is that #1 should be here as much of the time as possible. Lately, she has gotten busier and is out more often although, thank goodness, there dont seem to be those long away stays on the horizon any time soon!

We have had a lot of rain recently, something for which we are very grateful, but #1 did manage to catch me in a sunpuddle!

Ollie: I will tell you more about my latest adventure in Woofie Wednesday, but I met lots of really interesting and clever woofies a few days ago!

Vidock: When #1 comes to see us, guess who comes over really quickly?!

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: It's remained cool here and we have had some rain which has been great. It's supposed to warm again later next week, though, so summer isn't quite gone.

In thre meantime, I have been snuggling with #1:

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: Hello everyone! Apparently, it was Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day yesterday. We didn't do anything special since we have weekly remembrance days every Saturday! Still, in honour of that, I thought I would post really nice portraits of all of tus oday!

Vidock & Co Vendredi!

Vidock: Handsome Neighs, EveryFriend! Queen Tama reported on their wonderful visitor at Poupounette Central yesterday, but guess what? The visitor also came to see us! And she knows Percherons! Her brother is a famous breeder of Percherons in the States and also the  owner/editor of Draft Horse Journal, a magazine to which #1 regularly contributes articles. So, Ms. M knows fine horse flesh when she sees it!

We hope she comes again! In the meantime, we thought you might like to see a famous Percheron stallion bred by Ms. M's brother. His name is High Caliber Pay-Per-View and he lives in Colombia, South America!

Thankful Thursday

Tama-Chan: You all know how much we love visitors, right? Yesterday we had a really nice visitor who came all the way from Paris. She has her own kitty, a gorgeous girl called Raven. Anyway, I wanted to say how thankful I was that she showed due respect and admiration for myself, as well as for Genji and Ollie. A truly outstanding visitor! We sent some goodies back to Raven with her!

Woofie Awaydnesday!

Ollie: Woof, Woof! When #1 and I went to Normandy, we didn't just meet other woofies! We met lots of other animals too and I wanted to introduce some of them to you today.

Firstly, I got to meet some sheep!

This handsome guy is called BB, in honour of our Beebs!

And look at this chicken lady with her chick!

There is so much to enjoy in Normandy. I hope we can go again soon!

Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: It was lovely to see Mr. G over the weekend. He took this nice photo of me:

And it was even lovelier to have #1 and Ollie return on Sunday afternoon! I had been napping and crossing my paws, and I shouted for joy when they arrived!

Yesterday could then be spent relaxing on the sofa with the Blue Boy.

There is a definite hint of autumn in the air and we will be returning to serious snuggling soon!

Manly Monday

Ollie: Woof Woof! We had the best time in Normandy! Here is a picture of me with Tommy's sister, Sophie. I caught the ball!

We went for a great walk! I am on the lead in this pic because we were almost at the road. The rest of the time, #1 let me run free and she said I was good as gold.

Here I am with #1, Ms. A (Tommy's breeder) and Sophie and Elsie, Tommy's sisters, and Georgie and Minette, who come from the same breeder as me!

I also got to meet Tommy's nephew. His name is Charlie:

Da Genj: I am so glad that #1 and Ollie are back. I love Mr. G but I really missed #1 and Ollie!

The Big V: I missed #1 too. She is coming to see us today!

Tama-Chan: With my secretary away, I am not sure how I shall manage doing the SoS post, but I am going to give it my best shot!

#1 sent this pic through. It's Ollie with Sophie, Tommy's favourite sister. Not sure if he was getting ready to give her a big slurpy kiss...

A couple of friends of #1's came over for a horsey meeting last week and I made sure to snuggle with them:

I snuggle with Ollie more and more often and he is beginning to get with the programme.
