And when it gets too hot outside, here:
#1 has started working on getting the back room ready for "him" but hasn't made a lot of headway yet, other than creating an even bigger mess! I tried to supervise but gave up, and went back to supervising the outdoors instead!
And yesterday, she gave up altogether and went off to Paris for the day to meet a visiting friend she hadn't seen in over 15 years for lunch. She was able to report back that Paris is still there.
We will be thinking of you - we have a much more civilised 25'C here today. But we cannot get the hang of hammocks. Not even the one you guys sent us. We are sorry but we just ignore them. We like the little hammicks from 40 Paws but not the hanging ones.
ReplyDeleteAnd we are wondering where our two little newcomers will go. Äiti doesn't seem to be making any preparations so I really hope they don't get the whole house! She has been taking blankies away and they disappear off for a while, and we have some new smelly blankies here too. Maybe that's her prep. But your little Chan cat is coming in how many days ? 3 ????? Yikes.
Nice to know that Paris hasn't disappeared but much better to hang out in the hammock!
ReplyDeleteThat happens in our house too - straightening up seems to cause more mess! But we are not getting a little brother.
Your friends,
Niamh & Ambrose
Tama, Your weather is so opposite to mine ! my one is so windy and cold and rain. I do lots of nap and stay indoor whole day !
ReplyDeleteMom said that was great your human see her friend who she hadn't seen over 15 years ! That's amazing time !!! and Paris is still beautiful as always be
Have a lovely day
My humans are also good at find excuses to avoid "work" around the house until the deadline is fast approaching: then they get into gear!
ReplyDeleteGlad Paris is still there!
Good to see Paris! Stay cool, my friend.
ReplyDeleteYou look very relaxed Tama-Chan - that looks a great spot for a nap or two. A day in Paris sounds much more interesting than working on the back room!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
It is supposed to be 30C here today too! Stay cool kitties :-)
ReplyDeleteIt is always 30C here! We are glad to hear that cleaning or doing chores are the same everywhere else- it is not what it is cracked up to be! It is good to hear and see that you are keeping an eye on things Tama-Chan. We will hear more news from you about the back room soon we hope.
ReplyDeletethe amigos and san
Can yoo believe it ~ today we have RAIN! :sigh:
ReplyDeleteThe ham-mick is a great spot to chill owt!
It's a good thing #1 gets to do check ups with Paris, wouldn't want it taking off!
ReplyDeleteMust be beautiful this time of year.
The PM is awaiting their PEI trip but it won't be until the end of August so the whole summer to wait!
It's very hot here in California. Mom does not like it at all. Ah well.
ReplyDeleteParis looks as lovely as ever!
Ah, to be able to pop over to Paris for lunch....hot or not, it's still something I'd love to have the opportunity to do!
ReplyDeleteI'd have snoopervised outside too. It looks gorgeous there. I am glad Paris is still there. The Woman dreamed she was planning a trip to Paris a couple of nights ago but it was on the map in a different place than she remembered it (farther south) so it's good that her dream was wrong.
ReplyDeleteWe love seeing pictures of you guys in your run. It looks so cool to have your own place. Momma deserted you guys and went to Paris! Hope she brought you a treat back
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Lovely pic of Paris -- so glad it is still there!
ReplyDeleteAnxiously awaiting further reports of the newest Chan.
We are 100+ F these days, so REALLY hot....
Hammocks are perfect summer perces
We are having hot weather here too...it's nice to have a cool place indoors to sleep.
ReplyDeleteWe were wondering if the Tour de France will come anywhere close by your home? Will you go out to watch it? We are loving it on tv...such beautiful scenery!
~Four Crazy Cats
Tama, sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to humans and that makes them difficult to supervise. I think supervising the outdoors is much easier!
ReplyDeleteJust love the hammick and your catio. Sorry we have not been around. I know we keep apologizing, but we don't know how to manage all mom has to do. We miss you guys.
ReplyDeleteMom says Paris sounds pawsome!

We just can't seem to escape the heat here, Tama-Chan. We spend most of our time inside resting. Mom tries to get us out for a walk at night when it is a teeny bit cooler.
ReplyDeleteHope it won't be too much longer before "he" arrives.
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
