#1 here. So, what, you may ask is there to be thankful for today? Like so many of our friends, we are shocked at the ugliness we have seen prevail across the Pond. This just exacerbates the ugliness already being seen in places like Russia, China, India , the Middle East, and North Korea, and the creeping ugliness in western Europe. When will it end? What can we do? We are not just sad but also deeply worried about the directions the human race is taking.
In the moment, all we can do is to be thankful for little things, insignificant in the enormous world but meaning the world to some of us. Yesterday, I went to the vet's office to collect some more milk thistle tablets for Queen Tama and had a brief chat with Dr. C. I described what she was up to, how and what she was eating, her output, and showed her some photos I had taken the past few days. Dr. C was pleased! She said that Queen Tama was doing well for the time being and to continue as we were. She said that some cats manage to deal very well with such liver issues and hopefully, Queen Tama will be among them. For all of this, and for all of Tama's purrs, we are deeply thankful.
The little things...
We are so thankful also and send kitty purrs to Tama-Chan :))
