#1 here. Yesterday was a very busy day for me, with yet another horse on its way to England, and I ran out of energy to put together a proper blog post. So here instead are some stills taken during the day.
First the filly, Mignonne, loading onto the luxury horse transport:
Next is the farm dog, Lux. He is a St. Bernard and very old, but he is still very handsome!
the ducks are a common sight here too. we even have signs at all the duck crossings to warm people to watch out for them. now that is the way to travel and to ship a horse
ReplyDeleteThey are GEESE, not ducks! Not the same kind of temperament at all!
DeleteLovely photos. I am glad the horse loaded well. The geese made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos for your Saturday post. Love seeing the geese but it was fun watching the horse get loaded.
ReplyDeleteThose were great photos!! Thanks #1 :))
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!
ReplyDeleteIt's almost a Horse Doggie KhrossTrek!
ReplyDeleteAnd your geese are much nicer than the hissing cobra chickens around here - AKA Canadian Geese!

PeeEssWoo: Hi Ollie - #1 got to see a nice elder St B! Too bad you didn't get to 'venture along!
We usually get geese in the roads here. Happy homecoming for the sweet horse.
ReplyDeleteThat's a fun collection of picture. We think Lux looks like a sweetie.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing a little of your work! Linda
ReplyDeleteNoone wants to run over a goose!
ReplyDeleteJava Bean: "Uh-oh, geese! I have been told never to approach those guys!"
