Manly Monday (and a sad farewell)

Tommy: My stitches are out!!! #1 says I look a little bit like I "have been in the wars" but I am full of beans and ready to get back to running in the fields, except that it has been around 35°C (95F) each and every day since #1's return. Wanna see my scars? Well, here is just one:

Here is a better pic of me, although it was taken before the stitches came out:

Vidock: Handsome Neighs! Life is good, EveryFriend!

Da Beebs: Me at the buffet...

Da Genj: Napping in a sunuddle on #1's bed.

And we have a bonus pic for you this week. Please meet Mad Fernant's cousin, Noah. He is a Beauceron. He is a year old and completely crazy, but also very sweet.

PS: We just heard that our dear, sweet friend Cory, from Cory Cat Blog, went to the Bridge yesterday. It all happened so quickly. She was diagnosed with lymphoma and was gone within days. We first met Cory years ago when she and Da Beebs both competed in a "Cutest Kitten Photo" competition which Cory went on to win. We became good friends and are devastated to hear that she is gone. We send our condolences to all of her family, but most especially to her beautiful Mama, Ellie. Run Free, Miss Coretta. We will meet again.
