Tama-Chan: We were very saddened to learn last night that the beautiful and brave K had finally lost her battle with osteosarcoma. She was an inspiration to all of us, a real font of courage and joy, and we know how great the void she leaves behind will be for KB.
Here is a rainbow for KB:
#1 keeps telling us that, at times like these, we need to stop and appreciate the gifts we are given and the joy of each moment we share. We have had a little bit of sunshine for the last couple of days, and she took advantage of it to do a photo shoot of me.
As you know, I have taken a real liking to the top perch on our new cat tree:
Toes and a tail:
Sorry to hear about your furriend :(
ReplyDeleteMy "mom" too talks about that we need to stop and appreciate the gifts we are given :)
Lucky you that have had sunshine , here it´s rain´s almost 24-7.
What a gorgeous dog your friend was. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends. Yes, we do need to seize every moment to their fullest, and you seem to be doing just that!
ReplyDeleteEverytime some loved one passes we need to reflect on what we have been privileged to have known and loved, Äiti says. We forget all too often every moment is precious.
ReplyDeleteAnd times in the sun with full stomachs and a peaceful household - well, that is just magic.
Beautiful and special photos of you in the so wished-for sun. And your #1 is right..we need to reflect on all of the blessings in life we have and enjoy them as the gifts they are. xx
ReplyDeleteWe were sad that K passed on to Rainbow Bridge and we are so sorry for his family. It is so beautiful where they live and know he loved his special walks there with his "Mom".
ReplyDeleteTama-Chan we love your sunlit pictures showing off your pretty furs.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
We are all very deeply saddened by the passing of K. But we know she would want all of us to enjoy life to its fullest as she did. She was quite the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteTama-Chan, how lovely you are with that sun on your gorgeous furs.

I had to hug 9 because he was sitting here when I read about K. It really helps to have a reminder every now and then (tragic though this one was) to appreciate everything one has in life.
