Sei-Chan: Hi everyone. I know it is my very own day to post today but I would like to start with my beloved Tommy. He and #1 went to see Dr. C this morning to check on his progress. He has now been off the anti-inflammatories for three weeks (having been on them for four) and #1 wanted an expert eye on his ligament issue. Well, dear friends, the news is good! His leg seems to be back to normal and he is putting weight on it normally! Dr. C did say that we should continue to be careful, especially for the next little while, and advised against playing with the Frisbee for a while longer. Other than that, it's all good. Last time he was weighed, he had lost a coupe of kilos (5lb) but he has now gained it all back, plus a little bit extra! Dr. C says he is at his ideal weight now (in case you are interested, he weighs 25.95kg or 57.2lb). Yay for Tommy!
As for me, I am a happy girl. #1 is back home with us and all is well with my world. So I can concentrate on hanging out with my Tommy...
... and enjoying life in general!
#1 asked me if she could include one more photo in today's post. She took it yesterday in the big field and says she thought it was quite fun: a bee who obviously had been on the bee equivalent of a major nip-fest and was still at it!
Pawesome news!
ReplyDeleteOf khourse, we were there, we'd take it easy on Tommy BUT woo might have your paws full!

ReplyDeletePS Can I have a nice picture of you?
What great news that Tommy's leg is better - we love seeing you chilling out with him Sei-Chan.It looks as though Genji has an admirer looking at Oliver and Ruby's comment and we must say she is a very pretty lady cat.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Yay for your leg issues, Tom! Sei-Chan, you are beautiful as ever.
ReplyDeleteOh Tommy, we sure hope you are now going to be ok. We apologize to you all too for not being around. In add tion to mom's regular job she has been helping the rescue group sooooo much more, so that leaves little time for blogging. We miss you all. Great pics again as always. I would like to play with that bee, but mom said not a good idea.
