Tama-Chan: After rain through the weekend, the sunshine is back today and will stay with us all week. Hurrah for sunpuddles! But it is getting cooler!
The other day, I gve #1 quite a surprise. She was coming down the steps from the study when she looked to the left and was taken aback to see me ensconced in what used to be Sei-Chan's beddie, complete with the urn!
Shortly after that, I went to sit on the shelf above the desk, where Sei-Chan also used to sit often:
What can I tell you? I miss my sister...
With the nice weather back, I am hoping to spend a little more time out in the cat run even though #1 really does need to do a little de-jungling work out there.
As you know, I have made dangles into something of a specialty of mine over the years. But I have been thinking something new might be fun too. So, how about airplane ears?
I need to think a little more on this but, in the meantime, I have also been busy remarking various locations around the living room. A Queen must stay Queen!

ReplyDeleteTama-chan, I think it's the purrfect time of year to remember our loved one's who've gone to Heaven; I know I've been thinking of my father, and of Chucky too.
ReplyDeleteOf course you miss your sister. It is very hard to lose a much loved member of the family.We have the sun back again also, but it is very cold in the mornings, +2 C the last 2 mornings. Much better than all the rain though.

Je ne suis jamais allée me mettre dans le couffin de Ange Loustiquette. Mais je comprends que tu l'ai fait. C'est une façon d'être avec elle.
