Stay-In SEIturday


Sei-Chan: It's a rather dull day out there today, although it is warm. We have been reading about the big snowstorm heading towards the East Coast and hope our friends there will be safe. #1 says she has caught some kind of bug (a BUG??!) and, aside from necessary ROTE and Tommywalks, she is staying in this weekend. We agree.

I will keep her desk chair warm and welcoming:



and then keep her warm when she actually sits on it:


Or keep an eagle eye on her from the radiator by the window:


And encourage her to take naps:


It's going to be a busy weekend!

PS: We are all charmed by the comments being left lately by the Lady Catherine Bastet, except for little Genji who is going around looking totally crestfallen and repeating "I don't think she likes me." He's not a bad sort, you know, little Genji... Just young and sometimes overly enthusiastic. I hate to see him looking sad.

    We are as prepared as possible for the snowstorm under the circumstances. It is a bit crazy to have snow on top of fall leaves. Mom did her best to blow off the driveway, because she remembers another snowstorm over leaves and driving over that gets really bad.

    Sei Chan, you look particularly bootiful on that blue and cream color. #1, you rest up and cough up that bug.

    Staying in the weekend sounds like a good plan. We hope you can catch that bug and nom it so it leaves #1 alone. Have a relaxing and recovering weekend!

    Sei-Chan, you look as beautiful as any time I have ever seen you and you look very persuasive there in your inviting #1 to take naps. If I saw such a beautiful and inviting little face, I would go straight there and make a warm bed for you with me.

    We hope you snuggle #1 and she whaps away that bug. And Genji, don't be insecure: you are a big brave mancat in the making, just like Jura. And just like Jura, maybe a bit young to appreciate that girlcats sometimes say some very strange things. Take no notice and keep swaggering around with crest (and everything else) held high.

    You are doing a great job keeping the desk chair warm Sei-Chan and hope you manage to rescue #1 from that bug. You may find you need to have a nap pile to finally get rid of it.
