Of course, this is partly a pedagogical exercise as I do have to teach the kits how to play. Here they are, paying very close attention:
I must say that I am quite pleased with their progress in learning to play. Here is little Bibi-Chan with his banana:
And here are Hime-Chan and Fuku-Chan wrestling inside their tiny duplex condo:
And to the right, little GoGo-Chan discovering the joys of a sibling's tail!
But it seems that their favourite game is still the "feeding scrum"!
PS: #1 asked me to say thank you for all the nice comments about El Tigre yesterday. We are very happy to report that we already have someone interested in adopting him! One of our French blogging friends called us yesterday to say that her sister was very interested. We hope that the deal will be clinched very soon.
What delightful toysday pictures! You all look great! What good news about El Tigre - it's really his year. And good news for us as mom was looking again and again at his picture. That was a close one.

Concatulations on the possible home for El Tigre. That is great news!:)
ReplyDeleteThe babies are watching you very intently, Tama-Chan. We think they will learn very well from you:)
Cuteness overload here today!!! Life is too short not to have fun - we are so glad that you love to play, Tama-Chan, and there is not doubt you have already begun teaching your little ones well. They are just adorable.

What a fun picture of the babies watching the playing. So glad you still have a chance to act kittenish yourself, Tama.
ReplyDeleteThe "feeding scrum" was certainly our favorite game when we were kittens! We are glad you are getting some play time, Tama-Chan, and we are also glad that little El Tigre may have found a forever home.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures! Playing is a very important part of a cat's life and we can see the kittens are learning from a pro.
ReplyDeleteSuper news about El Tigre!

Cliff and Olivia
Psssst, we'd like to know if #1 has ever seen those kitty beds they posted about on moderncat. They look great, don't you think? http://www.moderncat.net/2010/01/04/neko-chigura-traditional-japanese-cat-bed/
ReplyDelete> Tama Chan, it 's said you are the best at playing with feathers, and the fastest too, exactly like Tom with the frisbee.

You are an excellent teacher, Tama-chan, and you have the most attentive students.
ReplyDeleteGreat news about El Tigre! So cute. Sigh...

Thanks for your comment on my blog. My Mom think the European law regarding declawing is a good one. Does the law about docking dogs tails mean that cocker spaniels in Europe have long tails? That would be different from what she is accustomed to, having grown up with a series of golden cockers in her family, all with "traditional" docked tails.
ReplyDeleteSo much Aby-kyootness in one post! The kits are all growing so fast!
ReplyDeleteWe ready your post on El Tigre, too. We hope he has a Forever Home soon, as much as we hope little Gracie will find one. So far, no luck, but Mom will keep trying.
That looks like a lot of fun, and the kittens are growing so fast and they are just adorable!!!!!

I used to steal mice from my kits.. after all they need to know how to guard their prey.. I had to teach them, didn't I?
ReplyDeleteThe babies are getting more bootiful every day! And, although I thought it was impossible to improve on perfection, so are you my darling!
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is....Adorable!!!!

It's simply amazing that #1 is getting anything at all accomplished (even basics like getting out of pajamas in the morning) as I know my Mom would be watching those kittens play all day long. Good thing #1 is more disciplined!
ReplyDeleteYour pals,
Petey and Mica
Kittenssssss.....purrrrrrrrrr.....
ReplyDeleteKits! Khute! They look very posh in their luminous collars. At the rate their growing, you'd probably have to upgrade to a bungalow soon..
ReplyDeleteGreat job Tama-chan!
