SEIturday SNOWturday!

Sei-Chan:
Well! It's all been very strange. Every time I look out of the window, all I see is white stuff! I must say, though, that the view from the study window has been excellent of late!

Great Tit

Chaffinch

When not enjoying the wildlife, I have been spending most of my time snoozing. Here I am on my alpaca throw. #1 says she loves the way my colouring blends right in with the blankie!

Occasionally, I stir myself enough to move to my supervisory position on the shelf above #1's desk, just to make sure she actually does do her work...

She has been spending so much time outside taking photos and playing with Tommy that someone must supervise that her brain doesn't freeze!

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.........

  1. Sei-Chan is the white stuff brought to you by "Daisy" too? We were so disappointed when mom said that "Daisy" arrived and all we could see was snow. Your place looks wonderful!
    Happy Seiturday!

  3. The winter photos are very beautiful, I can see from the amount in the threes that you all had more snow at your place than the last snow storm gave to me. You are the bestest snoopervisor ever, you can snoopervise and also snooze. Good job!

  4. You could start a new series of Seiturday posts - SUPERvising #1 on SEIturday!

  5. What a nice view from your window. We mostly see gulls here and they are noisy and not nearly as pretty as your birds.

It's a good thing #1 has you to supervise her ;-)

  6. Brrrrrr it's cold enough to freeze brains out there.

Have you been feeding the birds?

  7. That white stuff looks extremely cold. Good luck with keeping warm. Please send Tom my love - I do admire his resilience amongst such an esteemed group of cats.

  8. You make a very good supervisor, but do let Tommy and #1 have their fun outside, the snow will be gone before you know it.

  16. Sei-Chan, it looks as snowy and cold there as it is here!

We can't believe how 'wintry' our weather is at the moment. We used to much milder winters!

Every school in the country is closed until next Thursday as the forecast for tomorrow and Monday is even worse!

Tommy, I'm having just as much fun as you - I love the snow and the NSLM but the rest of the gang just want to the weather to ease up a little - the whole country here seems to have come to a bit of a snowy standstill!

    take care

  18. It looks so beautiful there, I think I would sit and gaze out the window too! Make sure to keep #1 on the straight and narrow -- supervisory roles are very important.

  24. Ginge, it's good of you to keep an eye on #1. Early intervention is key when treating icicles on the brain!

  25. Our human staff has been listening to Radio France and has heard about the "fortes tombées de neiges". All the more reason for humans and cats to snuggle together to conserve heat! (It's what we're doing in frigid Pennsylvania.)

  26. Isn't the snow beautiful? But we totally understand what you mean about how odd it is just to see white when you look out of the window though - it's all a bit dazzling isn't it? Keep warm! Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.
