Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: Hello Dear Friends and a warm welcome to my weekly post. But I fear I must start with some bad news... Did you guess? Yes, #1 is abandoning us again. She leaves on Thursday morning and won't be back until the following Monday evening. Why and where, you may ask? She is going to a town in Normandy called Saint Lô to steward at the French National Para-Dressage Championship. She says it is the last stewarding gig of the season and a show she really likes, with really nice people, so we agreed to let her go. As you can imagine, Mr. G will be looking after us.

I haven't been up to anything exciting this past week, other than the usual hissing and growling at Benny the Thug. #1 keeps telling me he can't help himself but she frequently uses bad words when he is bothering me!

I continue to give advice to little Ryū. I'm not sure how much he retains but he seems to be listening attentively.

I'm keeping up my dangling:

I have taken to occasionally sleeping on the back of the sofa rather than in my beddie, for a bit of a change. The blankie there is very soft!

And when I do stay in my beddie, there is often an overspill of white fluff...

Manly Monday

Ollie: #1 took this great photo of me when I was zooming around the garden yesterday!

Ryū-Chan: Do you like this one of me in a sunpuddle?

Momo-Chan: #1 says it's almost impossible to take a bad picture of me...

Benny: And #1 also says it's really difficult to get a good picture of me!

We got news from The Big V yesterday. He is doing really well but didn't have any new pics to send. Ms. A promised to send some really soon!

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: After that lovely weather we had in September and early October, things have certainly deteriorated markedly and the last week has been the pits. Still, we are fortunate to have a nice cozy house and we have been snuggling away, impervious to the tempest outside!

Today, I would like to start with this rather cute one of #1 with the little Fluff Puff, Momo-Chan:

That boy is becoming quite the snuggler. Here he is with his Ollie:

And I find this next one quite amusing. In the middle of that snuggle pile lies Benny!

If you look closely at this next one, you'll see Ryū tucked up behind Momo:

Talking of Benny, he got remarkably close to me the other day without fur flying...

Baby Ryū does try to hog #1's lap in the evenings...

But Benny occasionally beats him to it!

And I make sure I get my time too!

#1 has still not been to see the horses, but she is planning on going on Tuesday so we may have some photos next time!

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: Greetings from the Bridge, Dear Friends. Can you believe that they are getting yet another storm at Poupounette Central? This one won't be as bad or mad as the last but enough already! So, here are a few photos of all of us to make them and you feel warm and cozy.

Feline Family Friday

Ryū-Chan: The wind has died down and the sun has returned. We are enjoying family Friday and looking for the best sunpuddles!

Thankful Thursday

#1 here. Western France and southern England have been in the grip of a fierce storm ("Ciaran") since last night. We battened down the hatches before going to bed. Ollie refused to go out to pee before bed as it was raining and blowing so hard! Anyway, we are thankful that all is well. It's still blowing outside but the sun is out and things should start to calm down soon. Everyone at Poupounette Central is thankful for a cozy home and lots of treats!
