Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: So, we cornered #1 and sat on her until she told us the truth.... It seems that we are getting a new brother. He is scheduled to arrive on Thursday. He is two and a half months old. Will I like him? Well, let's wait and see, shall we? He will be going into quarantine in the guest bathroom (where Benny was) the first 2-3 days and then will get to meet Benny. He has already been vetted by Dr. C and gotten his first round of shots. The biggest concern at this stage will be Ollie, as he has never seen a woofie. I shall have to have a word with Ollie about being gentle. #1 has gotten in supplies of kitten food. Wish us luck!

In other news, I rediscovered the little cubbyhole in the big cat tree in the kitchen:

Of course, you know who is never far away!

I've also been spending some time by the open window. There are lots of roses just outside the window so it smells really nice!

And I have been practising my dangles, of course!

The new guy will be introducing himself to you on Friday! I the meantime, it's business as usual!

Manly Monday

Benny: MeeYOWwghwgh....! When #1 took Ollie out yesterday afternoon, I got to go with them!

I got to explore the flowers!

And hang out!

Now... I was going through #1's Mac, looking for the above pics to post, and look what I found!

Does anyone know this kitty? He is as white as I am black!

Ollie: Sorry, buddy, I have no idea who that kitty is, but #1 has been acting a little strange. I thought it was just that she was so busy with work... But maybe your dream is about to come true?

I did have a good time chasing shadows:

Vidock: Just hanging with my girls, waiting for treats.

We wish you all a great week!

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: Yes, it's time again for our weekly SoS post although we are a little concerned about photos this week. It has been such a strange week that #1 didn't really get a proper selection.

Needless to say, I was always there, snuggling with #1!

But we have just one of the two boys together on her bed:

And just one snuggle pic of #1 with The Big V:

And we have one that Mr. G sent us, of our cousin Tora-Chan snuggled up on his lap as he watched the 24-hour Le Mans Race yesterday evening. By the way, we're only an hour away from le Mans here!

#1 tells us that it's going to be another busy week next week. She is going out for the day on Monday, to have lunch with a cousin in Caen, on the Normandy coast,  and says there will be a surprise on Tuesday, so stay tuned!

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: We have, as usual, been watching over #1 and the gang at Poupounette Central. It has sure been a strange week for them! Almost everything that #1 had planned did not happen for one reason or another. The one thing that did happen was an avalanche of work, which has rather stressed out #1. We're hoping to send some restful dreams to her so she calms down a bit!

Still, she did find time to locate some nice pics of all of us here at the Bridge, so here we go. I'll start with me enjoying some amazing squirrel TV, when Mama squirrel brought the kids to the feeder!

And #1 found this shot of me which she thinks is really cute, so I get two shots today!

Next, we have a Tommy and Fernant classic. Fernant is still doing that to him...

Yuu-Chan helping #1 at the computer:

Sen-Chan looking cute. He had an issue with one of his eyes from the time he arived.

Da Beebs enjoying the cat run:

And Da Genj too!

And last but not last, our Trav being shy:

We wish you all a good weekend. Remember to love the ones you love!

Feline Friday with Benny

Benny: Mee-YOW, Everyone! Look! I can be a good helper too!

Togetherness on Thursday

Tama-Chan: As you know, I love my #1 and I am always there to support her in everything she does. Lending a paw is super important and I am thankful I can do that!

Wild Woofie Wedesday!

Ollie: Woofs, Everyone! Ollie here! Just in case you were wondering, the "wild" in the title does not refer to me, but to our garden! Let me show you!

Having done No Mow May, we are now sliding into "Minimal Mow Summer"! The garden is full of bees and butterflies and countless other critters and we like it that way!

The other day, #1 found a treasure, a wild orchid called a Lizard Orchid, which is apparently a protected species! It is really beautiful! She says it's our No Mow May gift from the garden!

And when it rains, as it has been doing quite a bit lately, we get quite a few of these guys in the garden!

I shall close off with this shot of a happy bee in our Lavatera!
