Wednesday Whinnies

Heloise: Little neighs, everyone! Did you miss me? I know I haven't posted in a while. I was on my own for a while after I came ack from Ms. C's, and I was a little lonesome:

But I wanted to tell you that I am now back with my Mama, Hotesse, and my big sister, Doucette. Here is a nice family portrait:

My Mama is in the middle.

Oh, and #1 had a fun thing happen to her before she left. She went to a show and there was a competition for geldings. One of them was my Mama's grandson, Astro!

Astro's Mama is my half sister, so I guess that makes me his aunt!!!

Manly Monday

Da Beebs: With #1 so far away, it is more important than ever for me to keep watch in case there are intruders:

Da Genj: I was both manly and sweet in helping #1 with he packing before she left:

Vidock: It is manly to have lots of girlfriends. Here I am with Normandy Cobs Amandine and Victoria

Tommy: We boys like to hang together...

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: With #1 half way around the globe, we can only dream of snuggles with her...

Da Genj is dreaming of the day he will be able to snuggle with #1 again:

And Beebs is dreaming of waking up in #1's bed with her in it:

You could say that I am the lucky one as I do so much of my snuggling with Tommy:

But that doesn't mean that I don't miss #1 as she spoils me quite a bit when she is around...

We are re-visiting #1's snuggle session with the Vs last weekend, with two different pics:

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: You know what? I think it is was such a great idea for Yuu and I to decide to accompany #1 on her trips! First of all, nobody thinks our names are in any way strange over here in Japan! And this, of course, is kitty country! It is a lot of fun to accompany #1 when she goes shopping as there are so many fun and kitty-themed things in the shops!

Still, back to business here! I do have a few photos of all of us "little rainbows" to share. I thought I would start with myself and think this photo is rather appropriate as I am sitting on the Japanese "zabuton" cushion:

As you can see from this next photo, Yuu loved going outside but, unlike naughty Houbibi, he was happy to do so in a harness!

Next, we have a photo of Ikkyu, and you know what? Ikkyu was actually born in Japan, and he lived here until he was seven years old! He loved Japanese food so much that #1 imported it for him!

Ikkyu was quite the travelling kitty, flying with #1 all over the place. In this shot, he was in Canada!

Sen-Chan liked to go out and explore, but he was a really good boy, never went far and always came back wwhen #1 called!

Last but not least, we have our Trav. Of course, he was called The Traveller, but his journeying was fairly small scale, and he is now quite happy to stay put.

I must run. Can barely keep up with #1! Have a great SEIturday, wherever you are!

Vidock and Violette Vendredi

The Big V: Yes, she is at the other end of the world, and YES, she is missing us!!!

I mean, who wouldn't miss this face?

Violette: Or this one?

Oh, and she sent through this photo of the view from the flat where she is staying in Tokyo. A nice friend always lends her this "spare flat" when she goes to Japan!

Tommy's Thankful or Thankless Thursday?

Tommy: Woofs everyone. Well, #1 is well and truly gone and should be arriving in Tokyo sometime today. Everyone is pretty subdued and, I have to confess, we do feel a little thankless today. We wish our #1 could have stayed home with us...

The weather was pretty nice right up to her departure, so we enjoyed some fine walks and admired the turning leaves:

I had a somewhat dubious close encounter on one of our walks. Look!!!

Yep. The little blighter still escapes to come and munch where the grass is greener! That's the closest we have gotten to one another!

Anyway, even though #1 is gone, we are all lucky to have Mr. G looking after us, and I am lucky to have my kitties for company, as well as my pal Fernant, so we are thankful too!
