Benny: After a couple of weeks of Thankless Thursdays, we thought it was time we went back to being thankful! #1 is feeling thankful that she has sold a horse this week (the commission will pay Miss Violette's board for a couple of months), and that a lovely friend of hers in Germany sent her a bunch of chocolate! We are all thankful for the sunshine that has brightened our lives. Queen Tama is thankful that #1 has discovered yet another lovely low-fat soupy food for her. It's called Suppen Kasper which, in German, means finicky eater. But it was also the name of one of the American horses at the Tokyo Olympics, ridden by a German born rider! Momo and Ryū are busy napping...

ReplyDeleteIt does sound like a very good week now that things have calmed down a bit. We too eat that chocolate here and I'm lucky that I can buy it at a grocery called Aldi's
