Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: Welcome to Snuggles on Sunday. We have some fun photos this week from Mr. G and Ms. N's visit earlier in the week!

Here, for a start, is Ollie snuggling with Ms. N:

And one of me snuggling with Mr. G!

One of me and Ollie both snuggling with Mr. G:

And one of me getting simultaneous snuggles from #1 and Mr. G!

Meanwhile, Genji was snuggling with #1:

This is as close to a selfie with Violette as #1 managed to get. Can you see her on the left?

Wishing you all a lovely Sunday!

Solo Souvenir SEIturday

Rainbow Sei: #1 sort of ran out of time to prepare our blog post for today, so it will be a quickie featuring just me. You don't mind, do you? A little bit of gorgeous redness? Blush...

Gave a good weekend, everyone, and stay safe!

Friday Whinnies

Violette
: #1 came to see us yesterday! It was so nice to see her after a break of more than a week. We were both quite excited to see her, and to get our apples and other treats!

The Big V of course came rushing as soon as he saw #1. He is such a show-off!

I am a lot more discreet.

Mama Hotesse and Heloise have changed fields and it's a little more cramped and hard to access where they are now, so there is only one pic of them this time.

#1 promised she would come and see us again soon!

Thankful(ish) Thursday

Genji: Mee-YOW everyone! The Shining Prince here! Thanks for rooting for me when I wasn't eating. It helped a lot. I have been eating well the past couple of days, and it has made my #1 pretty happy! I'll try to carry on that way.

When Mr. G came by the other day, he took a really nice portrait of me:

And he also took this nice pic of me with #1:

Thanks, Mr.G!

The reason why we are thankful(ish) rathe than just thankful is that #1's car troubles continue. The garage here has failed to get it started so it is being taken to a VW garage in Chartres, but not before next Tuesday!  Maybe they should swing by the cathedral in the hope of some divine intervention... Anyway, the garage here has given #1 a pretty nice loaner, a Nissan Qashqai, but it's a stick shift so it has taken her a few days to get back into changing gears manually.

Woofie Wednesday

Ollie: Woof, Woof, Everyone! Ollie here! Our car is stil not repaired but Genji ate well yesterday, and that is the most important thing. When Mr. G and Ms. N came to visit earlier in the week, he took a lot of pics of me, so I am sharing them with you today.

Thank you for the nice photos, Mr. G!

Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: Hello Dear Friends. Thank you for your nice comments about Genji yesterday. He did eat a little better in the afternoon and evening yesterday, and he had a good breakfast this morning. We are keeping our paws and fingers crossed that the crisis has passed.

We had a visit yesterday from Mr. G and Ms. N ,and Mr. G took photos, as he always does, so I thought I would share a nice portrait he took of me with you.

The weather has been nice so I have been spending time out in the run.

As well as by the open window in the kitchen:

Whilst taking time to relax on the sofa:

Not forgetting the odd dangle practice, of course!

Manly Monday

Genji: Meows, Everyone! First of all, thanks for all the nice comments on yesterday's Beebs blog post. They warmed all our hearts. At my end, I am still not eating well. #1 is trying to tempt me with lots of chicken. She will see how I go over the next couple of days.

Here is a pic of me taken this morning:

Ollie: I am worried about my little buddy. I wish he would eat properly again

Vidock: I am waiting for #1 to come and visit us again, She hasn't been for a few days.

#1 here. Still no solution to our car troubles, and a number of other issues, so please forgive us if we remain a little MIA from comments.

Anniversary Souvenir Snuggles

#1 here. Today marks  one year since Da Beebs made his final journey to the Rainbow Bridge. He had been so sick over the previous months, and yet he fought so hard to stay and get better. By the end, he was all used up and there was no way back. I have lost a number of Chans and Tommy over the past few years but, somehow, Bibi's loss has been the hardest to come to terms with. Perhaps it is because he was born here and, to him, I really was his #1 person, much more than his actual mother Tama.

Since this anniversary falls on a Sunday, I decided to do a post with just snuggle pics.

The last few photos in the garden were taken during his last two weeks with us, and the very last photo was taken at the vet's, just as we said goodbye. He left on his journey cradled in my arms.

I miss you, my Bibi boy 💔💔💔
