Sei-Chan: May I first start with warm thanks to all of you for your kind words about my vet visit, blood test and resulting diet change. I so appreciate your kindness and support! #1 is looking after me really well and making sure I get to eat my meals in peace. In fact, she says it's harder feeding the others in the new way, in particular Bib-Chan who has always been very fussy.
I have to say, though, that The Beebs has been unexpectedly sweet in his moral support!
I have decided that he is a pretty good little brother after all...
So, here I am contemplating my lifestyle change whilst enjoying a nice sunpuddle:
As you can see from the photos, we've had some lovely weather this past week and then, yesterday, it turned grey and really cold again! We all thought about crossing our paws that that won't last, but then we decided to cross our tails instead!
Wishing you a lovely SEIturday!
Hello! What beautiful sunshine on glorious fur! We apologise for not having commented recently - we have visited but not recorded words of wisdom. As you can imagine, it's been a bit sad round here and we are adjusting to life without Harris. But we are eager to hear of the new feeding regimen. You see, some of us need to lose some weight. others need to put on: so all advice and tips are appreciated!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend all!
Who can deny you when you had your tails crossed like that? We are sure the sin would be up any time now?
ReplyDeleteHope your diet change will work out !
ReplyDeleteHere we too have had both sunshine and rain this week.
For the moment it´s sunshine but the wind is freeezing so you don´t wan´t to go outside.
XOXO
Sei, I'm a tad 'voluptuous' too, but i manage to camouflage it with longish furrs. Hope the diet goes well purrs from Katie
ReplyDeleteCrossed tails work for us - we have had a very wet week here. We will cross our tails and our paws for you and us to get some sunshine soon.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
Quel joli croisement de queues.
ReplyDeleteIci aussi le beau temps et la douceur ont disparus. Il pleut et il pleut...
Ras le bol.
Permanent weight loss always requires a lifestyle change! We are crossing paws and tails that it works out well for you, Sei!
ReplyDeleteMommy just heaved a big sigh--SOME of us could stand to lose some weight but with Kona being so old and rickety (and FUSSY) we get food left out all the time. You should watch her chase Salem around to exercize her, it's quite amusing!
ReplyDeleteDear Sei, keep your tails crossed for the diet to be a great thing for you! I am hoping so for you, too.
ReplyDeleteThe sunshine photos are lovely! Enjoy it every day you can!
Love,
Lily, WA, USA
Sei, we are enjoying our sunshine too !
ReplyDeleteWe are happy your new diet is working out well and we purr it continues :)
Love the crossed tails,heehee

We bet tail-crossing will work much better than paw-crossing!

ReplyDeleteRelaxed mealtimes; we've heard that is the key for human weight loss too. Glad #1 is pampering our sweet girl. You look so very beautiful, as usual, dear.
ReplyDeleteOur girl kitties say they'll entwine tails with the shining prince anyway! (((Swoon)))
We are so happy your diet is working out and guess what?? We got Sun today :) xx00xx
