Vidock: Neigh Everyone! What can we tell you other than it is now FOUR days till Christmas and it has been raining, raining and raining. Everything is just completely soggy! Now, I guess I am pretty lucky in that I get to sleep in a dry box at night. I am the only one, other than the baby, Chimay, who is only seven months old. Then, in the morning, Ms. C or Mr. L take me out into the paddock:
So, here I am in my paddock, with my hay supplies:
Now I have a fun photo for you:
Can you see? I am of course on the right but on the far left is Violette!!! That is how close our fields are! She is just across the way so I can chat with her! Well, actually, I sing to her...
Well, it's been fun chatting, but I need to get back to important stuff:
Violette: Pretty Neighs, Everyone! Unlike the Little Prince, I am actually outdoors all the time with the other girls. We are made of sterner stuff, you know.
Here is a pretty romantic looking photo that #1 managed to take during one of the rare moments of sunshine this week. I am of course on the far right:
I do love a big bale of hay, don't you?
Here I am at the drinking trough:
And coming over to say hello to #1:
By the way, in the spirit of Friends on Friday, guess who's over at Poupounette Central at the moment?
Yes! It's Mad Fernant! They were helping #1 make Christmas cookies at a friend's house yesterday. He is only staying through today, even though his family's gone until January 8th. House-sitters are arriving tonight so he and Basha will be well taken care of.
What a great 'batch' of pikhs!
ReplyDeleteOf khourse, I bet the khookies were good too!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
PeeEssWoo: I believe the unwrapping will take place on SUNday when Mom and I akhtually get to see each other during the daylight hours ;-)
That is rather a large bale of hay! Good, I say!
ReplyDeleteWe are having house-sitters arrive in a few days as well. The G's will also be quite properly spoiled!
Have a lovely day!
Neighmeows my fantastic furriends! Vidock...we are snickering a little bit at the thought of you being all spoiled and stuff, while beautiful Violette is outside....hmmmmm....boys!
ReplyDeleteYou know my mom goes a little nutty every time she sees Fernant...she adores him. She adores all of you, but there is something about that mad boy that makes her all silly.
We bigified the photo of Vidock so we could see Violette in the background!
Lucky boy to be inside. Looks like Violette has lots of other pretty girls to spend her days with. Tell Tommy to watch out for his leg: labramenace in the house!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of V and V. Love the one where you can see Violette in the background, checking out what is going on with Vidock.
ReplyDeleteIt sure looks like the V's are enjoying their new home. Have fun with Fernant Tommy.
ReplyDeleteMillie
You two V's look happy in your new home! Vidock, I did not know you could sing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! Our Pia was pawing at V and didn't look happy when we told her no, she couldn't have one of those for Christmas. LOL!
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures of the horses. They both look very happy. Glad they get to sing to each other every now and then. Hope it stops raining for all of you soon. Take care.
ReplyDeleteGood to see you "V"s! It's wonderful that you get to be that close to each other. Hope you have a great holiday weekend. xoxo
ReplyDeleteWell, perhaps Vidock can leave the door to his special suite open for you to sneak in for some cuddles.
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Dexter
