Genji: Guess what? The Beebs and I won the Gold Medal in the SMACKDOWN competition of the Cat Olympics 2012! Thanks so much to all our friends who voted for us. It was tough being in competition against some of our best friends, so we would like to invite JB, Charli, Pekka and Puna-Chan to stand with us on the podium and share gold!
In other news, I thought that if I squatted the MacBook, maybe #1 would take me with her when she leaves for Canada, but she tells me it doesn't really work that way, and I would really miss The Beebs, Tama-Chan and Sei-Chan.
So, I guess I will have to get back to power-napping...
TOM: HI everyone, Tommy here! #1 is pleased with how my paw is doing. We have started to play a little bit with the ball when out in the field!

Vidock: Well, things continue to be exciting for me. I was ridden last week by a couple of little girls, but then, on Saturday, we got down to serious business when Mr. E got on my back!

Hey, did you see the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games?
#1 and I watched it together and we thought it was THE BEST! We were so pleased that London did such an amazing job and very proud of Team GB!
Congrats on the gold medal - it is well deserved and you are worthy winners. It is Pekka-poika who let us down - his tail positioning and body angle were poor, whereas in your shot the timing and action were just perfect.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't seen the closing ceremony yet, and hope to watch that sat on top of Äiti later. But we have been looking at the pictures on facebook of Vidock and how amazingly well he is doing being ridden. Well done that hoss!
And mid-August does feel like a funny time to go back to work, says Äiti: but remember she has been on holiday since the first week of June!

Wow, such exciting things going on with all you men!! Our mom watched the closing ceremonies and thought they were great...she loved watching all the Olympics stuff. The London games were great!

Concats on your medal....such a talented family! Yes, we watched the closing ceremonies. Good thing my mom had a live feed because the US TV messed up the coverage big time. We got to see it all uninterrupted so we purrred. Mom is still rolling her eyes because US TV bleeped out Eric Idle (when he said sh*t).
