As for me, the quality of my life has definitely diversified and therefore improved. For the last few days, #1 has been letting me out into the house and the run (when the weather is sunny) with the others for a while each day, so we can start getting reacquainted. So far, it has been going really well. Here are some shots from the run:
Here are a couple of pics that #1 took from outside, with funny reflections. They're good choices for "Toes on Tuesday" I think. The first one is of me and Bibi-Chan:
and the next one is of Hime-Chan:
#1 enjoyed another kitten nap yesterday afternoon. Here she is with Fuku-Chan and Bibi-Chan:
and again, with Hime-Chan in the background:
And finally, GoGo-Chan was in the mood for a photo session this morning, so here he is:
Tomorrow, #1 is leaving very early in the morning to spend the day at the Salon de l'Agriculture, the biggest agricultural fair in France. It is actually held in Paris and is one of the most popular events of the year. Needless to say there will be Percheron horses there, and that is the main reason for the visit, plus of course great food from all over France! Anyway, all this to say we will probably not to be either posting or visiting tomorrow. Tommy is off to spend the day with Pie, and Uncle U will come over and take care of us.
Glad you are getting time to enjoy the run and some sunny weather Tama-Chan. We hope the little ones feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteYour friends,

ReplyDeleteY'all have the best cat run in the world! It was very clever of #1 to construct it. It looks like you are doing very well, Tama-Chan. Great toe pics! And I was pleased to see my little GoGo! Get better soon, little kittens!!
ReplyDelete#1, have a great time at the agricultural fair; it sounds like much fun. Is it too much to ask for some pictures from the event? By the by, we are currently looking to buy a registered quarter horse; looking at a good prospect next Sunday!
You look lovely. It looks like a nice day to hang out. What fun to get to go the Agricultural Fair!
ReplyDeleteWe hope the kitten colds get cleared up, as we know they will be traveling later this week to their new homes. Hope #1 has a lovely time at the fair and takes lots of photos. Those Percheron horses are so ginormous!

PeeEssWoo: Hi Tommy!
Such gorgeous photos of the kits and you, Tama-chan! I am envious of #1 getting to enjoy all the foods of France tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHope your sniffles go away quickly, kittens :)
I'm looking forward to your pictures -- nothing like vicarious travel! Does the fair have a long history? I love to know these things.
ReplyDeleteThe horse we are looking at (since you ask!!) is a 10 year old gelding, dappled gray, 16 hands, and rides western pleasure and hunter/jumper. (I ride English, but BB rides western). We are told he is has an even temper and is good with children. I can't wait to see him next weekend. BB is particularly excited -- she wants a horse so badly. She is turning out to be an excellent rider and she is very good with animals of any kind.
That photo of you and Bibi at the window together is so cute!
ReplyDeleteHope mom has a box of tissues ready for you with all those sniffles. You guys sure are adorable!
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
The kits are so cute! We hope they are feeling better soon! And we hope #1 has a good trip!
ReplyDeleteOh no, I hope they get over those sniffles soon.
ReplyDeleteI hope that those little ones get better and don't spread their cooties. Great to see you enjoying your outdoor habitat again.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,
Mango
You all look so beautiful. We hope the sniffles all go away very quickly. #1 will have a wonderful time and come back with more great pics for us to see.
ReplyDeleteWoos, Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
Get over those sneezy!
ReplyDeleteDoctor Tama-Chan to the rescue!
ReplyDeleteKoda
We are sending juicy purrs for the sniffles to clear up ASAP.
ReplyDeleteWe hope #1 enjoys her trip. Our mum's mouth is watering at the very thought of all that delicious food!:)
Gosh!! You guys are sooooooo pretty!!! I always secretly thought Tiny was pretty, but you are really, really pretty!! I like your outside garden and I like those pictures of your todes on the windows...hahaha! So funny! I hope everyone is feeling better really soon..so NOT fun to be sick. The best remedy - I think - is to lay down on top of #1...I think our slaves have some special healing powers so they are the best places to go when we aren't feeling well. See you when your slave gets back from the Salon d'Agriculture...what's she gonna do there? Are you getting more pets? A cow or a horse? Oooo! Lucky you!! I would like a horse... they are pretty!! Your friend, Lautrec (and Tiny, too!)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info.! Have a great time at the fair!
ReplyDeleteIt's an adorable cat's world.
ReplyDeleteI hope to join it as a little cat.
Hello!
ReplyDeleteWe wanted to come by and answer your question. We are all microchipped, mum just likes having the tag for extra id. In our state, New South Wales, all kittens and puppies must be permanently identified (microchipped) by the age of 12 weeks old or at the point of being sold of given away, which ever is first.
When microchipped, the number is automatically recorded by the council. Owners need to then register the number with the council by 6 months. It's a bit of a confusing system, and a lot of people forget to actually register their kitty or pup. There is a fee to register, and it is $110 more for undesexed animals who aren't part of a registered breeding program. That's why you can wait until 6 months old to register, as a lot of people don't seem to like early desexing.
Hopefully we haven't talked in circles too much!:)
Wonderful pictures! We love your run ... so, so cool!
ReplyDeleteHope all those sniffles and sneezes go away real soon.
Your posts always include such breathtakingly beautiful pictures! It's nice to see you are getting to nap and snuggle in some lovely sun puddles. We hope #1 has a great trip and the kits feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteYea! So glad to see you all out there again. What fun to be exploring all thoise new scents!!
ReplyDeleteWe are sorry you kits were under the weather! Seems you are now on the mend thank goodness.
