SEIturday News: Pipsqueak Alert!

Sei-Chan: Well, where do I start? Remember I was confused last week? Well this week I am almost beyond words... You see, the doors to the back room did finally open, and out came my beloved big sister, Tama-Chan. But she was not alone! Right behind her was this... this.... PIPSQUEAK!

Tama-Chan said he was her boy, and that he is "home-made" and that he and I have the same daddy so he is my half-brother! Can you believe that I have a pipsqueak for a half-brother? I mean just look at him:

Doesn't he look incredibly smug?

Anyway, I suppose that life goes on and I have to tell you that I have been snuggling with #1 a lot these past few days. To her surprise, I have even gone "under-cover" with her at night, which I don't normally do. It's been fun! And then there is always my Tommy who is happy to join me in contemplating life...

In other news, I have been playing one of my favourite games, Hide-Under-Stuff. Yuu-Chan is a pretty good playmate but I am hoping Tama-Chan will play with me again soon.

And I've also been trying out the hammocky thing that hangs from one of our cat trees:

I really love hammocks and I need to check with #1 that we have enough of them for everyone!

In conclusion for today, here is a picture #1 took of me a few days ago. I am lying on my alpaca throw and #1 says my coat is almost too beautiful for words!

I hope you all have a great Saturday. Please come and join us for lots of snuggles tomorrow!

  1. Who knows Sei Chan, maybe a little pipsqueak brother won't be too bad!

You could always pratice your hunting on him!

  2. Oh you DO live a difficult life Sei-chan!! I mean quality control is a lot of work...and hiding under things and overseeing animal behaviour (Tommy's and the Pipsqueak)...you must be sooo exhausted!! Tiny told me to tell you that your Pipsqueak of a brother is very handsome...and that he lots A LOT like Tiny did when she was his age!! And she also said the you look just like her son Red! Red was beautiful!! (Which means you are beautiful in case you didn't understand my subtle language there.) Keep up the good work, but don't forget to nap sometimes...the world won't fall apart if you crawl undercover with #1 sometimes and just snore...the beans always feel so honored when we snore with them..I don't know why, but hey!! Ciao, Lautrec

  3. Sweetheart we think you are going to learn to love that little brother of yours. I was wary at first of my new little brother, but I have learned that he is a lot of fun to play with:)

  4. Things get very confusing when new members are added to the household! I hope your new pipsqueak brother is not too annoying. (Ambrose still has his bratty days) I would stake out all the good hammocks if I were you so little brother doesn't take them over.

    Your friend,

  7. Sei-Chan, that pipsqueak looks smug because he has a lot of self-confidence. But #1 has let us in on the secret that he is a super duper snuggler. Maybe you can have a three-way or even a 5 or 6-way snuggle there!

  18. Hehe -- did you actually call Bibi a pipsqueak or just think it? We just had to laugh at the "pipsqueak alert!" Monger was a great one for burrowing under the covers, and we began to call it "lumping" because it looked like there was this great lump at the bottom of the bed! Sometimes he would remain there for hours even after we got up!
