Monday Magic!

Momo-Chan: Fluff-Puff here! Normally on a Monday, I share with you photos of us handsome boys being extra handsome, but this week we have something a little different.

You see, #1 (and the rest of us) received a belated birthday present from Ms. L and Ms. T! It is the most wonderful photographic art work called "Magical Family Tree". It shows all of us at The Poupounette, plus our #1 and the family we have built together. At the top are us three kitties: On the left is Dragon Ryū, complete with dragon wings and horns, in the middle is me, looking all fluffy (sorry the eye colour isn't quite right), and on the right the one and only Benny The Black as the wizard he is. In the centre are #1 and the two Vs who have morphed into Unicorn Violette and Unicorn Vidock for the occasion. And at the bottom is Ollie whom the girls call Sweet Pea which explains his disguise! We think it is the loveliest present ever! Thank you, Ms. L and Ms. T!

Snuggles on Sunday

Benny The Black: Benny at your service, hosting our weekly snugglefest! #1 used trickery to manage to get a selfie with Miss Violette so we shall start with that today:

We also have a fun one of The Big V snuggling his hay bale!

It would appear that Dragon Ryū and I are getting  into a pattern with #1 when she goes to bed in the evening:

And talking of patterns, I'm pretty much into my own pattern with Momo too!

And I shall close this week's selection with one of me snuggling with Ollie:

Wishing you all a snuggly Sunday. Ollie is spending the weekend with the Vs and #1 is off to a Percheron event all day, so it will be just us three boys.

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: HELLOOOOOO! Do you know how long it has been since my last souvenir post? THREE MONTHS! Really! I need to keep closer tabs on #1 and ensure that we have one at least once a month. Don't you agree? We are all doing well here at The Bridge. Queen Tama is now officially Queen Tama of the Western Bridge. She had to leave other bits to Queen Nellie, Queen Daisy etc etc... You understand, right?

So let me start with a photo that was taken all the way back in 2004 of the first of us all, Ikkyu!

After Ikkyu came Sen-Chan. Here he is in 2008. He was a very good boy, and an only cat, and he got to go outside, accompanied by Tommy and #1.

And here is Tommy, also from 2008. He just loved the frisbee!

Tommy also loved me, and here are the two of us together in 2009:

Yuu-Chan was only a fleeting presence at Poupounette Central, but he made such an impression everyone who met him. Here he is in 2010:

And then there was Beebs, Queen Tama's son and therefore a prince... Here he is in 2014:

And Queen Tama herself, also from 2014:

Trav was also fleeting and he was always a feral, but we all love him now! Here he is in 2015:

Let us not forget our gorgeous blue boy, Genji. He is shown here in 2016:

And last but not least, our beautiful giant, Hotesse. We all adore her! She sends fond neighs to her two daughters, Violette and Héloise, and her grand-daughter, Philomène:

It's been lovely sharing our photos with all of you again and we hope to be back before too long!

Feline Friday

Dragon Ryū: #1 tells us it's the end of another week, whatever that means. It's a beautiful day out there, and the temperatures are now very pleasant but we are still desperately in need of rain. She says we should try a rain dance. Any suggestions?

In the meantime, we three handsome guys are enjoying life in all our usual fashions. Benny The Black likes to dangle from his cup:

Fluff Puff Momo is always on the look out in case #1 tries to give him cuddles 🙄

And I am enjoying the sun wherever I can find a good sunpuddle!

We hope your Friday is as pleasant as ours!

Thankful Thursday

Violette: Pretty neighs everyone! Are you all well? We are enjoying the cooler weather over here. Today, we are very thankful because we got a new hay delivery yesterday! The nice gentleman brought us four bales of delicious hay and The Big V and I tucked in immediately!

Believe me, there's nothing quite as delicious as a fresh bale of hay!

Wordless Wednesday

Tama-Chan Tuesday - Epilogue

Rainbow Queen Tama: Hello, Dear Friends! How lovely to see you all again. My last post was on July 21st so it has been quite a while. It certainly was a long hot summer at Poupounette Central and I don't think I would have enjoyed those heatwaves one bit. The weather is of course always clement here at The Bridge, and there is so much to do!

Anymeow, I set out to do posts covering my nice long life, and we have finally come to the last year, 2025. I was slowing down a great deal after the diagnosis of a tumour in my liver in the autumn of 2024. My world shrank to the living room and I spent more and more time in the two carriers #1 had kindly provided for me, as well as in my favourite red Christmas beddie. #1 did an amazing job of finding me things that I enjoyed eating, but I was visibly losing weight as the year went by. Still, #1 was there and I received so much loving that there was much enjoyment in those last twelve months. So, let me see what photos I shall share with you.

January 2025- This first one is one of my all-time favourite photos with #1:

Still helping #1 with her work!

February 2025 - It started with a nice sunpuddle and hammick time!

And still dangling when the fancy took me!

March 2025 - I so loved hanging out with #1 as she worked!

April 2025 - Still doing cute at almost 17!

Tasting #1's apple tart!

May 2025 - The return of the sunpuddles!

June 2025 - A quiet month

Hanging out with sweet Fluff Puff Momo

July 2025 - The carriers were a nice refuge for me

I so loved being brushed by #1!

August 2025 - My 17th and final birthday was cause for celebration!

September 2025 - I was still enjoying the delicious mini-meals that #1 prepared for me

The late summer sun felt so good on my furs!

October 2025 - I was still at my post!

November 2025 - I loved my heated pad on my beddie!

December 2025 - This was my last Christmas and I enjoyed the warmth of the holidays with all those I love. I stayed close to my #1 all the way to the end. But I had grown so tired. The time had come for me to move on.

On my way to the Bridge:

And this is me now. I sit right behind where I used to have my beddie, watching over those three rambunctious boys, woofie Ollie,  and my beloved #1.

Thank you to all of you who have read my posts from the Rainbow Bridge. I blogged my entire life and made so many friends, and there have been so many joyous reunions since my arrival here. I celebrated my 18th birthday on August 2nd here, with all of them, particularly my woofie Tommy and my son, Bibi. I know that #1 misses me, but the love we shared will always light up both our hearts.
