Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: Well, Dear Friends, the heat has returned with a vengeance! It is supposed to be 39°C (that is 102°F) today, and going up to 40°C (104°F) on Thursday. We are planning on saying indoors and staying cool! #1 has been taking Ollie out quite early in the morning when it is still relatively cool, so he can run around a bit. It is supposed to break on Friday though, so we just have to wait.

I think I have achieved a new level of perfection in my upward dangle:

 

And now that there are just the two of us left, I guess I have to occasionally hang out with Blue Boy...

Manly Monday

The little Blue Boy, aka Genji, is a little surprised by all this as he is used to having the lion's share of #1's time, but he and Ollie remain masters of her bedroom:

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: Hello, Dear Friends, and greetings from the Rainbow Bridge. We have been able to relax a little at this end, following all that rushing around with #1.I have to tell, I spotted someone I knew from a distance this week. Remember the wonderful Japanese photographer who took those lovely portraits of me? Well, we were really sad that he headed to the Bridge this past week, aged only 64! So, I thought I would start with a photo of me and him:

Violette and Vidock Vendredi

Violette: Pretty Neighs, Everyone! At the moment, The Big V and I are in a field that is a little way from Ms. C's house, along with a bay Normandy Cob girl called Victoria. So, #1 makes a point of stopping to see us either on her way to or her way from seeing Ms. C. Most of the time, we are right at the barrier:

 

But occasionally, we are farther away and we are busy grazing, so #1 has to admire us (me...) from afar:

 

Vidock: As a rule, when I see #1 coming over, I immediately go to greet her. Here I am with my cob girlfriend, Victoria:

Unlike a certain Miss Violette who can be a little slow on the uptake...

C'm on, #1! I am sure you have some nice treats for your sweet boy?

Thankful Thursday

Genji here, everyone! I hope you're doing well. Thanks for your concern the other day. I am eating better, and #1 is planning to get in some new food for me. I hope it's yummy!

There is nothing new in this but, today, we are thankful to be together and to have our #1 with us.

Ollie is thankful that he now has his official sticker on the car! 

And the Vs are thankful that #1 is bringing them treats regularly!

Woofie Wednesday

Ollie: It is getting hot again, but #1 doesn't take me out too much when it's too hot, and I am pretty good at pacing myself and drinkings lots of water, so it's all good for the time being.
