Woofie Wednesday With Fernant! (almost on Thursday!)

 We had this post all ready to go Wednesday morning and #1 forgot to press publish...


Ollie: I have had so much fun the past few days! Since Sunday, our neighbours have been away and so Fernant has been spending most of his time with us! Even though Fernant is almost a senior woofie, at 8 years old, he and I have the best time playing together!

 

It's great to have a pal to hang out with!

Tama-Chan Tuesday

Tama-Chan: Oh, how I wish things could stay just as they are now! Everyone is here and we even have that mad woofie, Fernant, with us or a few days. He and young Ollie play like two young pups, and Mad Fernant brings with him happy memories of Tommy. But of course, the countdown has now started for #1's departure to Japan on October 4th, to be preceded by her being away for 3 days this weekend at the French Percheron Championships. Sigh...

But as long as she is here, she can take photos! She has been doing some close-ups:

Snuggles on Sunday

Tama-Chan: I really don't know why #1 was quite so excited... She heard this enormous purring the other evening and, when she looked under the dining room table, this is what she saw:

 

Can you believe that she was almost in tears? She said she hadn't heard that purr from me ever since the day Tommy left us. Well, I suppose young Ollie has proven himself, eh?

Sei-Chan's Souvenir Saturday

Rainbow Sei: It seems like a log time since I have done one of these posts! As you can imagine, we are busy here, figuring out who is going to accompany #1 on her mega-trip to Japan. In the end, she is going to be away for such a long time (a whole month!), that we decided we would take turns. Tommy and Beebs will do Week 1. I will do Week 2 with Sen-Chan. Trav and Ikkyu will do Week 3. And I will be back for week 4, with Yuu-Chan.

So, for this week, I have decided to try, once again, to find nice pics taken this month, and asked #1 to look through the September archives.

Thankful Thursday With Ollie

Ollie: Now that #1 is back, I am once again going with her when she goes about her business and it's fun. I am thankful she takes me along most of the time! I get to make all kinds of wonderful friends!

 

But the sweetest one is the donkey, Miss Samia!

 

It was very warm on Monday, and #1 went to have a dip in the neighbours' pool, so I got a chance to play with my pal Fernant (and his toys!)!

 

And sometimes, it's just a lunch invitation where there are no other woofies, or even cats, but lots of space to run, and an open door!

 

It all makes for exhausting days!
