Family Friday

Momo-Chan: Fluff Puff reporting to tell you that we had huge thunderstorms last night (none of us are scared, and neither is Ollie). We all sat by the kitchen window as it began to rain.

We got some worrying news about our little Noura yesterday. She had been staying with a lovely foster family in Beirut but had to return to the Animals Lebanon cattery when they left for the summer. And then, disaster struck. An epidemic of parvo ran through the kitten room. It was caught early, and Noura seems to have made it through fine, but the poor baby is now stuck in a cage.

  1. It is a wonder that she did not catch parvo. Certainly have our fingers and our paws 🐾 crossed that she is fine and can get to you safely soon.

Purring that you are freed from jail soon, but parvo is nothing to kid around about.

  10. Lulu: "NO THUNDER!!!"
Chaplin: "Poor little Noura! She is having almost as much trouble getting to you as Odysseus did getting back to Ithaca. We hope she arrives at your doorstep soon, and healthy!"

  11. I’m glad none of you are afraid of the thunder, it’s awful so see one of our beloved pets cowering in fear the way Lulu used to do.

I’m praying for Noura and all the kitties in the shelter there.
