Thankful Thursday

Benny: Today, we are thankful for #1's DIY efforts. Our cat tree by the kitchen window was beginning to look very ratty, but we did not have the funds to order a fab new one. So, #1 took apart several old trees, and reassambled what was salvageable into some new window-side accommodations for us! The result doesn't have much height, but it has roomy seating areas with good views of the garden! She said she might be able to create another element too, when she has the time.

Talking of time, we have a guest, Ms. N, arriving today, so not sure about posting over the next few days. We shall be posting on Saturday, though, as it's going to be a Fluffy Puffy Birthday!

  1. Those look like great window seats from your repurposed cat trees! (Or is that recycled?)

  5. We think it's terrific that you have a homemade window seat. Sometimes the humans just have to be kind of crafty. Have a wonderful visit with friends.
