Benny: Helloooooo! It's me, Benny The Black. I am thankful for a couple of things today. The first is that I have finished my course of antibiotics, and the second is that #1 has not heard me cough for over a week! Dr. C called her yesterday and said we should try tapering off the prednisone and see if I am OK without taking it, as she would prefer me not to be on it for any length of time. Queen Tama was very unusual in that she was able to take it for years with no bad side-effects. Most cats are not so lucky.
