Tama-Chan: Hello, Dear Friends, and welcome to my day of the week. It has been ten days since my birthday, and I decided to start my 18th year by making some changes, or rather returning to some old habits. For quite some time, I had been essentially spending all my time in the living room, going between my beloved bed and my beloved carrier. Since my birthday, I have started going back to the kitchen and sunbathing in what used to my favourite cat tree and chair! Behold:

I have also asked #1 to serve me some of my meals there:
But beyond that, I have also been hopping up onto the table to explore what the other Chans are getting, and enjoying samples!
And when #1 is eating something really yummy, like these delicious scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, I very kindly offer to help!
I intend to continue as I have started!
Tama, it is lovely to see you going back to old favourite places, and to check what is on the table.

I would say you're well on your way to having a great birthday party a year from now. In the meantime it looks like you've got lots of yummy stuff to eat. Why wait till birthday?
ReplyDeleteIs the the sun warming furs and ones old-gold bones that you enjoy once again? Is it the sweet taste of jam and cream that tickles your tongue more now? Whatever it may be, you are entitled, yes my dear lady, you are entitled to it all!
