Violette: Well, what can I neigh? As long as there is rain, there will be mud. The combination of our thick winter coats and substantial mud means that it is virtually impossible to clean us up at this stage! On the other hand, it does not in any way affect our ability to eat apples, carrots and other treats!
Heloise was the first to spot #1 and come trotting over:
we have lots of mud tooo... maybe that is a kind of spa for our feet?
ReplyDeleteMudpie Land is in our area, too, LOL!!
ReplyDeleteNice that your treats came despite the mud!
Don't worry Violette, mud is good weather proofing!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the first comment...mud is a great spa treatment! So nice to see how you greet your #1!
ReplyDeleteWho cares how you look, if there are snacks in the offing!
ReplyDeleteI once lived in the land of mud, and now i live where there is no mud and I prefer that. but when I was young i loved mud, wading in it and squishing between my toes. to old for it now. bring on the mud boots. you both look wonderful and nothing like carrots and hay to make you healthy.
ReplyDeleteThanks for HorseDoggyFrEYEday!

PeeEssWoo: Hi Ollie - did you get that calendar page turned?
You girls are looking great, mud and all!
ReplyDeleteLulu: "Mud!!! Oh yeah! If you need any holes dug in it, Bean and I are happy to oblige!"
ReplyDeleteHappy to see you LOVE getting your snacks!
ReplyDeleteMud is a great beauty treatment and that winter–spa will end some day...
Hugs,
Mariette + Kitties
Gee! I wonder what it would be like to play in the mud ;)
ReplyDeleteI am pretty sure that would lead to a bath though, so I will stay safely indoors !
Have fun you two!
Purrs, Winnie
